(Yay! Cool as lol) Atlas nodded, making sure to keep his head low, he looked at the herd, making sure no aggressive horse came Galloping his way, he looked back at the two mares "Well I should get going, I have a patch of grass to look for and a herd to make" He said shaking his mane before turning and walking away "Nice to meet you ladies" He called back, picking up a canter, going to find a spot to be by himself and eat

Daisy watched as he cantered off, and then walked off to find a place to roll but before she could she heard the sound of a different horse's hoofbeats and waited, watching the treeline "Symphony..?" She asked quietly

Symphony nodded, still cautious of the new stallion, Atlas, as he left she smiled with relief "Nice to meet you too!" She called before trotting off to graze a little ways out of the heard, unaware of Daisy saying her name (Uh oh haha)

Onyx was still a couple kilometers away from the river when he crested a hill and saw before him a herd of at least 10 horses, grazing peacefully. Onyx stopped, considering his options. He could go around them and continue on to the river, find the herd stallion and ask if he could pass through peacefully, or just observe what was going on. Since he suddenly felt a lot less thirsty, Onyx decided on the last option. He positioned himself on the hill so he could see the whole herd without moving his head too much and graze at the same time. He saw a mare grazing away from the others, and a very familiar stallion doing the same, on the opposite side of the herd. But he couldn't know that stallion. He didn't know anyone else in this herd, so why should he think he knew this horse? 'It's probably that I've seen horses with his coat before,' he thought, brushing off the thought and lowering his head to eat.

Daisy noticed the horse come over the hill and stop at the top. She couldn't tell if he was a theat or not, but she wanted to peacefully alert the herd. Daisy walked by Symphony and whispered "stallion, Hill behind me" and walked through the others to the Stallion

Symphony lifted her head from the grazing spot she found and perked a ear in Daisy's direction as she walked past and discreetly warned her about the stallion on the hill, her eyes glancing at the hill behind Daisy, spotting the dark dapple grey stallion, grazing. What was he doing? Symphony nodded subtly at Daisy "Ok, thanks for the warning... Should I go say hi?" She asked not sure if it was ok or not, the stallion didn't look dangerous, just seemed like he was minding his own business, she decided to slowly wonder over his direction, though she only got halfway up the hill then stopped, lowering her head to graze. After a moment of doing that she curiously looked at the stallion "Hello, who are you?" She asked in a soft tone, head hung low so she didn't freighten the new horse

Atlas swung his tail around and snorted angrily at a fly that was attacking him, he lifted his head and looked around, he walked down to a small creek a few strides into the forest, ears flickering as the cool water traveled down his throat and the forest animals making noises around him, keeping him calm

The first one to notice him was a stunning cream-colored mare with strange black patterns. He watched her as she walked past a brown-and-white mare, apparently saying something to the latter. The browner one started discreetly coming towards him. 'At least she's not barging right up to me and demanding me to leave,' Onyx thought, swishing his tail. When she asked who he was, he lifted his head form where he had been grazing, studying her. She had her head low, a sign of peace, and her tone was kind. Onyx snorted, didn't answer, and continued looking her over. Edited at June 1, 2025 12:27 AM by Fantasy Horses

Symphony looked at him, still curious, after a few moments when he didn't answer her head slightly rose a bit, she looked back at the herd, scanning the mares for Daisy before looking back at the dark dapple grey stallion, something about him reminded her of someone (Atlas :3) but she couldn't quite think of who, knowing that he was just staring at her, probably silently judging her behaviour, she wanted to retreat, she stood a few moments more, feeling somewhat awkward. Then she snorted back, but not in aggression, just, a response "Well umm... I'm Symphony, my friend down there, Daisy, spotted you, she wasn't sure if you were here for the herd or not, but I should get back to the herd, nice to umm.. Meet you I guess" She said quietly, not sure really what else to say, tossing a short friendly smile before turning and picking up a trot back to join the other mares, soon disappearing in the herd, she looked for Daisy "Daisy?" She softly called around

Onyx almost felt bad for making the mare (Symphony was it?) uncomfortable, but he had learned a lot from observing her. Maybe next time he saw her he would say something. From what he saw, Symphony cared about everyone including strangers (uh-- WHY?? Doesn't she know that she can't trust other horses?), and tried her best to make them feel seen. From what she said about that other mare, Daisy, it sounded like Symphony was in charge in this herd. 'So where's the lead stallion? Do they even have one?' He smelled the air and could tell that there was likely only one stallion in this herd, as he smelled it on the other horses. But it was faint, meaning (1) the stallion had only been with this herd for a short time, and (2) he was gone at the moment. Onyx again debated what to do, and decided that, for now, he'd learned enough about this herd. It seemed he could pass in peace, so he began making his way around the herd, coming as close as he dared so as to make his trip the the river shorter. He kept an eye out for that strange stallion.
