Might I recommend spelling out EXACTLY what hotlinking is? If you use a term for a rule that can be interpreted several ways, it is generally accepted that a definition should be provided so everyone is on the same page and there is no wiggle room. I was dinged for 'hotlinking' in the forums, and when asked for clarification of what it was, I was referred to this thread and the Site Terms of Service. However, neither of them give a solid definition of the term. Personally, I do not enjoy breaking the rules, out of ignorance or not. But if something is not precisely laid out, it become difficult to follow.
