ghost looked up. "wanna learn how to ride?" chloe asked. ghost looked at her confused. "im not a horse guy" he said blankly. "cmon ghost" chloe said trying to get him to. "fine" he grumbled. chloe got whiskey tacked up and got a ghost to put on his helmet. ghost mounted and started with a walk.

Sage frowned slightly when he saw Chloe teaching ghost how to ride and then sighed slightly. He decided to go out the barn the other way. She'd said they were friends....but he wasn't so sure about that, they way they acted around eachother sometimes.

chloe helped ghost with his position and got him to trot. "Look at that your a natural" she said as she got ghost to canter. Teaching people to ride used to be her job. "If you like you can pack him up now." She said as she walked to diesels stall.
ghost hopped of whiskey and untacked him and put him in his stall. He then went into the dining room and talked to soap.
chloe fed the horses and saw sage. She walked up to him and smiled.

Sage sorry if busied himself for a while, though he forced a smile for her when she came over to him. "Hey," he hummed. "What's up?" He supposed that even if she sometimes seemed to like him, it was better then nothing. He'd take what he could

"Not much" Chloe said. She felt like her and sage had been growing distant. "I think we should hang out sometime" she said as she looked at the Sunset.

Sage nodded and then looked at her in surprise. "Really," he asked. Then, the happiness took over and he blushed and grinned, looking away as he tried to control himself. "I'd like that," he said softly

Chloe smiled. "How about we go on a trip back to the ranch with the horses. I think whiskey would love to see bolt again." She said. Chloe knew she was going to quit living at the base and pony come Olin for mission briefings but she would wait to tell sage

Sage nodded in response to her. "That sounds great to me," he agreed."it would be nice to be back there for a bit."

chloe nodded before going off inside to find price.

"hey price can i talk to you?" she asked

Sage couldn't keep the grin off his face as he went back to his room. She wanted to spend time with him. It was stupid how happy that made him. He he figured he'd take being happy...that didn't come often
