Dixie finally woke up. She immediately noticed Mystery looking really sad. She sighed as Mystery walked away. +what is WRONG with her!? Why can't I talk to her anymore?!+ Dixie pulled herself to her hooves, struggling with her weakness. She looked around. After a second she made her way over to Mystery "ok. I need to know what I have done. Are you ok? What's wrong? Is everything ok? Did I do something? Is it West? Come on Mystery. I can't do this..."

Mystery turned as she heard Dixie's voice, her head tilting in slight confusion as the hurt mare started asking questions "Dixie, what are you talking about? I'm fine, and even IF something WAS wrong, it wouldn't be anything because of you or West. I promise. If you saw me staring, it's because i saw you collapse, now THAT made me sad because i don't like seeing you get hurt. And luckily West was there, i didn't come over cause I knew you were in good hands. So... Are you and your leg feeling any better?" Mystery asked nuzzling Dixie with a soft smile, she didn't think anyone saw her, but now she felt bad that DIXIE saw her

West wanted to go after Dixie as the mare went to talk to Mystery, he saw the slight worry and sadness in her tone and on her face, yet he again reminded himself that he couldn't fix every problem. He sure wished he could fix at least one, though. He seemed to be failing at his single job. He couldn't keep track of the herd, got too busy worrying about Dixie when Mystery was obviously upset, and didn't spend enough time with Willow anymore. West sighed heavily, grief closing in. He didn't have time in the world to do everything he wanted, and now he was barely doing anything. He walked away from the stream, not wanting to come back within the next 10 minutes, until his worrying pushed his feet to move towards the herd.

Dixie lowered her head as Mystery spoke. "Ok. I'm sorry. I just fell like SOMETHING is wrong... but it's feeling better because West gave me some herbs." She looked around, noticing that West had left. +oh well+ she thought, looking around at the rest of the herd

Mystery chuckled "No no you're fine gurl! I get it, i'm constantly worried something is wrong haha! But it's good you're feeling better!" She sung enthusiastically

Dixie nuzzled her friend. "I am glad we are on the right track now. Ok. How are you now that Willow is growing up?"

"Mystery smiled, feeling a hidden hole of guilt, but she knew this was for the best of her friends, her ear twitched as Dixie mentioned Willow, glancing around for her palomino daughter "Well, i mean it's great that she's becoming independent and all! Don't get me wrong there. But, i miss how... Attached she was to me, now? She's out doing stuff by herself or with Trigger or Athena, she doesn't really spend much time with her mother anymore... I mean i KNOW she doesn't do it purposely! I just... Miss my little filly, that's all" Mystery explained with a sigh shaking her head as she thought back to the moments when Willow first waddled around (Where is Grey Angel? Willow's still waiting lol)

Dixie nuzzled her again. "Scarlet used to dawn over me. Now I barely see her!" Dixie shook her head as the mares white coat caught her eye

West lowered his head as he strode towards the beach. The sun was finally setting, so it'd be a nice time to just stand in the swooshing of the waves and think. Once he got there he paused with his hooves right in the gentle waves, looking at the ball of fire sinking into the ocean and reflecting off the water. A beautiful sight. Still, he had no one to share it with. He wished horses didn't have to grow up so fast.
