Phantom snorted she was so confused on my West had done that but yet couldn't get upset at him, she limped up the hill looking out the valley. She changed the subject in her mind and thought about running free in the valley, she couldn't wait to be able to do that again

West tried to cheer up, flicking his tail quietly. He walked over to Dixie. "Whatcha thinking about...?" He asked quietly, not wanting to disturb her. He saw Phantom was staring out at the plains, so he had come over to talk to Dixie.

Dixie raised her head at his question. "oh... nothing..." she took a deep breath. -be honest Dixie... it's not just 'nothing'- she looked back at her reflection "i was thinking about my old herd... how something like what just happened, happened there too, right before all the horses were stolen by a trespassing herd. i was the only one left because i was 'worthless' to their herd leader..." Dixie dropped her head. "and... sadly i believed him..." she felt like she had said too much, that he would agree and send her away. she nervously flicked her tail

Phantom laid down where she stoof, her leg hurt from standing on it for awhile. She looked around at the herd watching them go about doing their own things, she found it interesting to watch other horses some of them did random things while other were perfectly normal. Phantom let out a long sigh as she nodded off to sleep

West looked at Dixie. He listened to what she said, his eyes looking sad. "I'm really sorry... that happened. But I promise it will not happen here. I won't let it. I think you are very valuable, and every mare deserves a place in a herd." West smiled, flicking his tail.

after Mystery had calmed down, she shook her mane and started back to the herd, she hoped no one would say anything or notice her

Tiger powered up a hill, away from the other stallion, he climbed until he had a view of all the valley

once she snook in, she grazed quietly and peacefully *nom nom nom* (XD)

Dixie gave a smile back. "Thank you..." she dropped her head and once again pawed at the mare in her reflection. She glanced over and saw his reflection. She immediately looked back at her own

West flicked his ears, turning and glancing at Mystery. He saw her walking back into the valley... West hoped she was okay. He shook his pelt, having a feeling he was being watched. West's gaze shot around.. but he didn't see anything. He turned back to Dixie slowly. "You are welcome. I have a matter to attend to... so if you will lease excuse me." He smiled, dipping his head and walking to the rim of the valley.
