Lazarus gave a low growl and rubbed against Dixie. She turned away, looking at West when he spoke. "He was in the water and I went out and got bit by a shark and he is hurt. I'm fine" she didn't care about her bleeding leg. She cared about her life long friend. She leaned against West. "Although I am a bit light headed..."

Warri Warri could see the blood, oozing out of the cat and the horse, the scent of it was stuffed up her nose too, she took comfort in the nuzzle the mare gave her

West blew out a soft breath, sort of a sigh, as he heard what happened. "Poor Lazarus.." he said quietly, glancing at Warri. "He won't hurt you, nor will his family." he commented, letting Dixie lean up against him. "usually getting half eaten by a shark does make you light-headed." he snorted a little, but he was extremely worried. Edited at February 10, 2024 02:35 PM by Wild West Warmbloods

Dixie keeps her leg elevated, but she other legs started to hurt because of the constant pressure. Lazarus laid there, grunting for a second before he stood. His side was bleeding, but nothing else was bad. He nuzzled Dixie

West nudged Dixie a little. "You should lay down. It'll give your legs a chance to rest." He instructed quietly, glancing at Lazarus, thankful the mountain lion wasn't hurt too badly- Dixie would never be very happy if she knew he had died.

She nodded her head, doing a half fall half lay down. She landed with a huff. She bumped his leg with her head. "Lay with me Mr. Patient" she was more worried about everyone else than she was about herself. Lazarus moved closer to Dixie and nuzzled her again and again, as if to say thank you.

West lifted his head slightly to look around, already having made the decision not to let Dixie move until her leg stopped bleeding. "I should stay standing in case anything comes. Also, you should get some moss for that wound..." He trailed off with a mumble as he walked off to grab some moss, trotting over to a fresh stream and getting it wet before coming back and pressing it against her leg. "Sorry if it hurts.." he mumbled through the green moss.

She winced. "It doesn't hurt as much as my heart did when I noticed Laz was in the water." She looked up at West "although it does hurt a little" she shook her head. She really wasn't caring enough for herself at the moment
