Mystery looked at Dawn then said to Macy "Meet Dawn, otherwise used to be called Storm... Back when we were yearlings, she was born, I dunno if you remember but when we turned three the little Filly Storm had stuck up for her mother when Flame went to kill her. Just like my Mother when she stuck up for your mom... My mother lost her life for 'speaking' back to Flame, he apparently loved her before he killed her, then he watched Dixie grow up and..." Mystery explained looking back at Dawn "Well, when Dawn stuck up for her own mom, Flame decided to let the mom live... But pushed Dawn off a cliff and made us all think Storm was dead" she finished

Macy stepped back. She hadn't seen this mare before. Or had she? "Um... do I know you?" She shook her head "not to be rude but I don't think I've met you yet. Im Macy"

West turned his neck back, trying not to loom sorrowful. A lot of horses didn't like others feeling bad for them, and he didn't want to upset her more, but he definitely felt her pain. "Dixie, you didn't cause anything. Flame is his own horse- he makes his own choices. Whether they are based on other things is no concern of yours, and certainly not your fault. If he decides to attack, that's his problem, not yours. You always have a choice... but really, only a good horse would feel guilty when it wasn't their fault. Don't keep looking at all the negatives and try to see the silver lining." West paused as he nudged Dixie's neck. "I bet you could through any bad situation at me and I could tell you the silver lining." He joked slightly, tilting his head a little.

Willow stopped playing with the butterflies after a while, she smiled at Scarlet and looked around, she smiled with a sigh seeing West and Dixie, but seeing those two together reminded her of Trigger "I'm gonna go look for my friend okay Scarlet?" Willow said before darting off like a bullet. As Willow got older she REALLY gained her mother's speed, she ran through the herd of mares and stallions till she saw that familiar appaloosa coat, she slowed to a walk coming up to him "Hey Trigger!" She said excitedly

Dixie nodded and giggled at him. "Your amazing. You know what right? You never let something bad fake anyone else down. Now. Let me fix you up real fast." She immediately turned and cantered down, grabbing some leaves and coming back up, placing them in his cuts. "This should help keep them from getting infected. "

West let out a snort, sounding amused. "Amazing may not be the correct word usage, but thank you anyway." He smiled, about to open his mouth and say he'd be fine- but she was already gone down the hill. +hey, at least someone cares. It is kind of nice feeling like I have a real friend again.. at least someone who sees me equally as a normal horse and not just a statue on top of the hill that fights when the need comes and stands when it doesn't+ West thought with a small sigh, watching as Dixie came back and wincing as the leaves went on. It didn't hurt MUCH, but it still was a little painful. "Thank you. It wasn't neccesary, but thanks anyway." West grinned jokingly

She shook her head, a smile coming across her face. "It was necessary. No more fighting Mr. Patient. I'm staying with you to make sure if that" Dixie held her head high, attempting to show that he needed to listen while keeping it a joke.

West shook his mane with a snort. "Agree to disagree then, and where did Mr. Patient come from? Never heard that one before." He teased, but he knew Dixie knew there was no one that could stop him from fighting if a threat came alone. Protecting this herd was why West lived- literally his purpose. "You stay with me all you want, but if a threat comes along I really don't think you are strong enough to physically hold me back. No offense." He half joked, but he was making a point. It was true.
