"Ah...!" West snickered, turning back and walking over to the cave. He peeked inside, then came out and just walked around the edge of the valley. That way he could look at everything... and be doing something. Even if that something was boring.

Phantom trotted around she finally resided to full speed galloping, she zoomed off working on her excelleration. She spotted some fallen logs that looked like a cross coutnry course, changing her direction she headed over to them jumping over and over again. She'd stumble occasionally as well as her hoof hitting the logs but it became easier and easier after each jump

West watched Phantom... increase her muscles.. he couldn't think of a better term at that moment. West thought with a smirk, -I'm doomed now- he shook his head. West tossed his mane and broke into a Trot, stretching his legs. He occasionally stumbled, wincing.

Phantom was getting tired but decided to go around her little jumping course one more time, when she reached the last jump her back hoof completely got caught on the leg. She hit hard on the ground letting out a small squeal, she layed on the ground for a moment defeated before getting up and slowly walking back to her hill. Her back leg hurt bad as it has gotten stretch farther than usual being caught on the log

West jumped sideways at the squeal, accidentally crashing into the wall. "Oops.." he muttered, looking at where the sound Came from. He shifted and trotted over to Phantom with a worried expression. "Are you okay? That looked like a bad fall." He murmured, flicking his tail. Now his side was all scratched up...

Phantom stopped looking at West "Yeah I'm good... kind of" She lifted her back leg the pain was getting worse by the minute but she tried to not show it. "What about you? I mean you slammed straight into a wall" Her voice filled with concern along with her face

West raised his eyebrows. (No comment XD) "You are not good. I can see your back leg is hurt... don't hide it." He said gruffly, glancing a tree his side. "Just scratched up with a couple bruises. Nothing serious." He looked at her leg... it wasn't swelling. That's very good, because that meant it definitely wasn't broken.

Phantom huffed a bit being mad she had to admit she wasn't good "Fine I won't try to hide it... I think it just got stretched further than normal" She went to put her hoof down then immediately picked it back up wincing a bit

West looked at her. "Don't huff at me, I'm trying to help. My guess is your leg is serverly bruised... which will be very painful for a while, but should heal." West sounded very, very sure of himself... and there was a hint of sadness in his voice. "Believe me, I know a lot about leg wounds." He said gruffly, looking at the ground

Phantom turned her gaze down at the ground "Sorry..." She listened to what he had to say "So that means no running for awhile..." Her voice was filled with sadness and disappointment, she looked back up at West "Well I'm going to go lay down to get off this leg, try not to run into anymore walls" She smiled a bit before limping away trying to not put a lot of pressure on her leg
