West pretty much towered over Flame, his ears pinned, eyes wild, and teeth bared as the stallion spoke. "No, not okay. If any mare goes onto your land I will kill you. If I go onto your land I will kill you. If any stallion goes on your land I will kill you. You are a pathetic coward, so I might just kill you as soon as we are out of sight of Willow. Now LEAVE." He hissed, low enough that the filly couldn't hear. As Flame trotted away, West shook his pelt and walked over to Willow. "You need to understand that you are not to blame. Flame tricks everyone, even me." He told the filly quietly, feeling on edge as he walked back to the herd, scanning the ground, and trying to fight the urge to run after Flame and beat the wretched stallion through the earth and out the other side.

(Damn through the earth? XD)

When they got back Willow watched as her mother walked to the edge of the herd and kept a eye out for Flame in case that fool wanted more harm to himself. She glanced at West from the corner of her eye and coughed lightly, as a signal to follow her. Willow then trotted up his hill (West is so tall and she's so short that when HE walks... SHE trots to keep up lol)

she looked at mystery with a wooden nod dawn hated that stallion she would have killed him if west dident let him live dawn was so mad when she saw him a she was a diffrent horse a part of her wanted to chase him down and kill him

(THROUGH THE EARTH lol. West is maaad XD)

West's gaze flitted to the forest again, concern and worry showing in his eyes. He was worried Flame would come back. It wasn't like he WANTED to hurt Flame, especially in front of Willow. As the young filly gestured for him to follow her, West obliged slowly, still casting his gaze around the fields till he got to the top of his hill. (Why does everyone call it his hill XD). "Yes?" He inquired quietly, seeming a bit tenative and uneasy.

(Lol um because West stands upon his mighty hill to look leaderly, tougherly, and most importantly... To claim it as his Nesting point of protection over the herd he had made... That's some hippy crap right there XD)

Willow turned to him, her head going low and still ashamed of how she acted "I know it isn't... True. But. I-" Willow said, each word getting more and more quiet "I... Wish you were... My dad..." She said as her bottom lip pouted a little

dawn walked up to mystery she gave her a nuge "i probaly should have let west handel flame" she spat flames name like it was dirt she ate with her grass "i was just so..mad "

(oh shush it, he never tries to look leaderly and tougherly............................................... wait now that I think about it HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THE WORD TOUGHERLY. And nesting point of protection? XDDDD)))

West looked almost surprised by what Willow said, but those simple words immediately found all the pieces of his heart and put it back together. "Let me tell you something. A long, long time ago I was just 3 years old, in my first herd. My brother was a bad horse, and he hurt (ima not say killed le sob) everyone in my herd. I just barely managed to get away. Then, a while later, I met a kind enough stallion to take me in. His name was Sea Lion. We were about the same ago- he was a year older than me. Lion and I became best friends, to the point of brothers. The land we are on right now? This is Lion's land that he gave to me. I learned something from this that you should learn too. It doesn't matter who is your blood dad, or your blood brother. It only matters who you have relationships with. You may not be my blood daughter, but to me, you are my real daughter and I love you just as much as if you were." He explained quietly, nuzzling Willow's neck. "I'm sorry I lied to you, however, and that was wrong. I won't do it again."

Mystery glanced at Dawn "You... Know him?" She asked, she instantly felt terrible that there was YET ANOTHER poor innocent mare that suffered through the hooves of Flame "No don't worry, I wanted to give him a piece of my mind as much as any victim" Mystery said with her head hung low, she never could of imagined herself ATTACKING another horse

dawn looked at mystery"yea do you remeber the small black filly storm well im storm i changed my name after he pushed me off the cliff trying to kill me"

Willow's pouty lip tucked back in when West spoke his words of courage and wisdom (Mainly wisdom teeth) she listened to him as he told her a story about his life, and felt her heart slowly (SLOWLY) mend itself as she looked at the earth beneath them "Wow... You were given this land? Cool!" She exclaimed. At his last parts Willow's face crumbled into a sobbing smile and she ran her body into his chest (As a form of hugging) "I may know the truth... But that doesn't mean I have to believe it... Or accept it, I'm not fully grown up yet so I can still play pretend!" Willow squealed happily, her tail shaking as it usually did, as she snuggled n nuzzled up to the stallion she looked up at him "I... I love you dad! You will always be that, and I will ALWAYS love you! And my mom!" She said excitedly enjoying the moment of peace
