Lisa said. " I know but I am scared you would pass out then I won't have you"

Sage chuckled. "I promise I won't pass out. Even if they put you under, I'll still be here holding your hand."

Lisa smiles and said " I love you sage and I am glad you are going to be here "

Sage smiled down at her and nodded. "I love you too. And I promise everything will be fine. Just take a deep breath and try to relax."

Lisa nods and took a deep breath when the nurse came in and said " how are you doing Lisa " Lisa said " okay but nervous "

Sage watched the nurse talk to Lisa, his own stomach churning but he was hiding it to help lisa

Lisa watches the nurse as she did things and said " the baby is not all the ready to come out but soon "

Sage noticed, and took everything in. That was normal...the water had only just broken, and this could take a while. He decided to text her mom and brother that she had gone into labor

Lisa smiles as the nurse left Lisa turns to him and grabs his hand and squeeze it

He squeezed it back comfortingly to try and help her relax and sat down in a chair by the bed
