Willow stood trying to figure out what to say but nothing came to her "Oh um.. Okie then" She said quietly "I'll lead the way!" She tried to say excitedly as she trotted in front of Athena, truth is Willow never truly liked to lead anything or anyone, but it was the best way to hide herself from her friends

West blinked at Athena's words... hey, on one hand, it was nice SOMEONE stood up for him. Still, when Willow ran of crying, his heart nearly snapped in two. Casting an apologetic glance at Windy, he centered after the filly. Still West arrived after Athena got there. He was slow. "Hey, Willow? You were not being mean at all, it is fine! I was staring into space and it was a funny joke. You are the kindest, sweetest little filly I have ever met. You truly are so much like your mom." He spoke quietly, but his words rang true- they always did. West has a reputation for only ever telling one lie. *I'm fine*. He nuzzled Willow's neck a little before glancing at her legs with a tilt of his head, but saying nothing.

Willow looked up at West as he soon followed Athena in the cave "Oh... I wasn't? But I didn't say anything when Windy said those things about you... She doesn't even know how awesome you are, she doesn't know you at all, so who is SHE to say anything about anyone she doesn't know..." Willow said quietly, she felt embarrassed that the two had followed her this far "Well you aren't brain dead, I know you get lost in your thoughts sometimes.. It happens, even I doze off thinking about -.." She didn't let herself finish. Despite doing her best to hold her tail still, it never listened, her tail shook (I'm beginning to think Willow is a puppy Lol) "Really? I'm kind and sweet? Like mom!?" She spoke a little more happily. She closed her eyes and enjoyed his neck nuzzle then returned the favor afterwards "Thanks dad... And I am truly sorry to you, and Athena" She said flicking her gaze between the two "I'll race you both!" She said scurriedly, she looked at her legs when she caught a glimpse of West looking at them "I.. Tripped when I was running, it'll be fine" She spoke real quietly before darting off towards the herd

(I'm not the only Aussie here yay! At least now I know when I'm off during the night, it's not just me who misses everything:D

It is 4 am rn 😭 but it's okie, my cat woke me up so I can play!

Regal was spending a lot of time with Mystery, getting to know her better and getting more opportunities to admire her beautiful Golden coat, he saw Athena and West ganging up on a new horse and little Willow, then Willow ran off crying -poor thing- He thought, he wanted to go comfort the filly but West and Athena had already left, so he stayed with Mystery to watch the herd till West was back, when Mystery was asleep Regal layed beside her, his head next to hers

Mystery had been spending a lot of time with Regal lately, but she still thought about her sweet daughter all the time, almost as if Willow were still a new little foal. She woke up with a horrible feeling in her gut, she smiled seeing Regal next to her sleeping -Wow, he's getting comfy- she thought getting up, she walked around wanting to talk to Willow, when she walked laps around the herd with no signs of her palomino foal/yearling she panicked "Willow? Willow!" Mystery yelled frantically cantering around the area, she only grew more worried when the filly didn't reply "Oh no... What kind of a mom am I?! She better be okay" Mystery said to herself as she looked, she was just about to leave the herd when she saw Willow galloping back to the herd, wait, she LEFT!?!? Mystery was scared about what might happen if Willow was outside the herd by herself, there were so many dangers out there. She cantered up to her "Willow! Where were you?! I was worried sick" Mystery said firmly, she shook it of and nuzzled her daughter lovingly"Willow, darling, please don't wonder by yourself... What do I tell you?" Mystery asked

She got back to the herd in one piece, she almost got startled when her mother came up to her "Mom i- I'm sorry... I didn't mean to leave, I should of come to you... But you looked busy with your friend " Willow said quietly as she waited for a lecture, but instead when Mystery cuddles her, she smiled in her mum's fur "I love you mumma" She said shaking her tail. She took a step back to review what her mom had told her "Never leave the herd Willow, it is very dangerous out there. There are wolves, cougars, humans, and other stallions. I know I know mom.. I won't leave without you or someone else anymore I promise " Willow said softly, she knew how worried Mystery gets so she wanted to reassure her

Mystery smiled warmly "I love you too" she watched Willow step back, Mystery looked a little shocked "Willow. I'm NEVER too busy for you, yeah I was hanging out with Regal but YOU are my number one priority okay? I put you above everyone else" She said wholeheartedly, she smiled "Yes, those things are dangerous, I only tell you because I love you and don't want you getting hurt" Mystery explained. She looked her pretty little daughter in the face, her gaze going down as she saw a bit of dry blood "Willow... What happened to your knees?" Mystery asked sounding concerned once again

She looked at her legs "Oh I tripped when I was running in the forest" She explained "I'll go wash it off" She said quietly

The poor golden mare felt like she was going to faint "You were in the FOREST!? The HOME of WOLVES!? Well... I'll help you hon" Mystery spoke trying not to sound worried, she walked with Willow to the river and helped her wash her small body

West nodded, pleased that Willow seemed to brighten up a little after he spoke to her. "You are very kind and sweet! Just like Mystery." He repeated, agreeing with the little filly and tossing his mane. "No need to be sorr-" He got cut off as Willow dashed away like a rocket on fossil fuel. He groaned a little and cantered after her, not going anywhere near a gallop- he was still half asleep. As he came to a stop near Mystery, West snorted slightly, seeing Regal snoozing on the ground. +Great, I'm getting my best friend stolen by my cousin in my herd. What kind of stallion am I?+ He thought jokingly, but afterward his normal self shooed the joke away. +I'm a great stallion that tries to help everyone+ West thought, then lowered his head as Mystery got concerned about the forest thing. "I went right after her and made sure she was perfectly fine, no need to worry. And I agree with Willow... the scrape will heal right up." West defended the little filly kindly, even though he knew the *scrapes* were bites, and he guessed they were self-induced.
