Lisa said " I am okay it just scared me when I saw him" feeling him closely to her she was shaking for some reason

Sage kept an eye on Lisa's father as they went into the dining room and sat down. He made sure to stick close to Lisa the entire time.

lisa sat down and her dad sat near lisa step mom and step sister he never say anything to lisa and she was happy about that but she knew something bad was going to happen soon

Sage was picking up on Lisa's nervousness so he decided to keep an eye on all of her family. Her brother was the only one he trusted even a little bit.

step mo spoke first saying " thank you lisa for coming and bring someone " in a whisper she said " looks kinda like a homeless" but she didn't think anyone heard her her step sister said " after all this years no wonder dad hates her" her brother bill said " hey lisa has a job so i think we should back off "

Sage bit his lip to keep from arguing with the family. He didn't care what they said about him, it was all true anyway, but talking about Lisa like that wasnt something he was ok with. Finally he decided to just mutter "This is why she doesn't like you guys except for Bill. No wonder she hates you " he copied their words just to have them see how dumb they sounded.

lisa step mother scoffs and said " say you lisa would never hate her family becouse she needs us" lisa turns at her and angry rising her dad said " well if she need us she won't be working at the shelter with the homeless" step sister shocks and said " the homeless shelter i sure hope she gets tought a lisson there" bill stands up and said " enough i can't stand this you three are being plan on mean" then he leaves the room

Sage cocked his head and looked at Lisa's family. "Well, you all have the money, and I don't see you helping people. All that tells me is that Lisa's twice the person you will ever be."
