West's eyes glittered sadly as his gaze flickered to the ground for a moment. "You..." He stopped, not even knowing what to say. "You have two young foals at the herd. Athena really needs you right now... Trigger and Willow play a lot but she is getting left out. The herd really just isn't the same without you. Can you please come back?" He pleaded. He just wanted her to stay long enough to raise her foals... then West would hate to see her leave, but she could if she wanted.

Angel sighed "west.. I didn't have a mother she left me alone, I had no herd, plus I'll come back soon" she said as she took a step back. athena: athena wandered around head hung low. Trigger was always too busy with willow to play with her anymore and willow too busy with trigger. Athena had grown to love the stream and would offen lay on the back watching the water as it flowed past.

West's ears flicked back, not pinned, but ... sagged. He turned and walked away, his thoughts swirling. Poor Athena.... that foal needed her mother, and her mother just openly refused to come take care of her. West broke into a canter and went all the way back to the herd, trying not to feel angry. He had never felt angry at a mare in his herd before... he wasn't going to start now. Though, West did feel a little flame burning down deep in his stomach, asking questions like *Why would Angel just abandon her FOALS*. He shut that out and gazed around the herd. Everything looked in order, except por lonely Athena laying by the creek. Another thing this almost forced West to do... he had never said a cuss word in his LIFETIME, but man did he want to snap one now. That poor filly. He trotted down the hill, pausing to grab a few roses and daises on the way then walking all the way to Athena and laying down a couple feet away. "Hello Athena, I brought you some flowers." West commented quietly, his voice as gentle and kind as it *usually* always was.

Athena looked at west. "West why can't I make friends" she asked as she looked back to the water. Trigger has lots of friends and she hadn't a single one. (Sorry it's short can't really be bothered)

Mystery's ears drooped to the sides of her head sadly as she stood by West listening to what Angel had to say. How could she do this to Athena, Trigger, Mystery, West, and the WHOLE herd?! "Angel please... Come back to the herd, to your foals.. Bring your stallion friend, i'm sure he'd love to meet your twins" Mystery pleaded. Mystery liked Angel, she was a good mare, and a good friend, they both had lost a foal and got along great. Mystery could relate a lot to Angel. It hurt to hear Angel would leave for a stallion ___________________________ Willow Willow was playing tag with Trigger when Rebel walked up to her and asked about Angel. Since Willow was finally learning to talk she felt more helpful "Umm, i don't really know?" Willow hadn't even realized Angel went missing "Maybe she's picking apples?" Willow suggested, then, while she spoke about Angel she looked at Trigger, realizing that Athena wasn't there. Willow looked around her trying to see her when she noticed Athena laying at the river with West. Why wasn't she joining in? "Hold on Rebel, i need to go" Willow said as she nudged Rebel's shoulder before turning and going to Athena and West "Hey Athena, why aren't you playing with us? Is everything okay?" Willow asked curiously as she layed herself next to Athena and smiled happily at her

Angel didn't want foals but she had them she didn't want a herd anymore but mares had to stay loyal. She wanted to live. Be free and create a reputation. She thought she may aswell do this after trigger and Athena were weaned. athena looked at willow and stood up. She walked away and climbed a steep mountain. Once at the top she looked to the sunset the wind blowing her mane and tail back. She saw a small dim light and wanted to explore but one rule was never go to explore alone.

Willow watched Athena get up and leave. She didn't understand why Athena wasn't herself lately... So she got up and followed Athena up the little mountain "What's wrong? did I make you sad? I didn't mean to.." Willow asked as she finally caught up to Athena at the top of the mountain, Willows eyes followed Athena's eyes to where Athena was looking, eventually seeing a small ball of light in the forest, curious, she tilted her head and asked "What is that?" ________________________________ Mystery Mystery nodded, not in agreeance, but in disappointment "Angel, we all miss you... Especially Athena" Mystery said trying not to let her voice go sad. But alas, Mystery knew Angel wouldn't change her mind, so, reluctantly she turned and slowly began making her way back to the herd, hoping Angel would come to her sence

Rebel said "Bye" to Willow and decided to go on an adventure. But he couldn't decide if he wanted to do it by himself or with someone else. Maybe Trigger wanted to go. But then he noticed Willow and Athena looking into the forest. Rebel peered at it as well, and saw a little flicker of light. He trotted up to the fillies. "What's that?" He asked, standing next to Willow.

Athena looked at it before turning to the other two. "Not sure want to investigate?" She asked. She got excited and started to head off. "Come on guys" she said happily.
trigger wandered around bored. He saw Athena, willow and rebel going somewhere and galloped up to them. "Where are you going? Can I come too?" He asked as he trotted next to the group.

Willow got excited to go on a adventure "Yeah sure!" She squelled and began following Athena, she looked at Rebel when he stood next to her wondering what the light was "We don't know, we're going to check it out! Wanna come?" Willow asked Rebel cheerily as she began trotting again
