The two got to the stream and saw the colt with his head under the cold water. Mystery's eyes widened in fear of him drowning and ran forward, nudging him out of the water and rapping her head around him as a form of hug and breathed calmly to help calm him down "it's ok... I'm... Here.. We all are here for you" Mystery said calmly and softly before unrapping from him and leading him into the sun so he could warm up "What.. What were you doing?" Mystery asked as she looked at the river in confusion before looking back at him "I'm... Sorry about what you had to see.." Mystery said apologetically as she felt terrible for not moving her colt sooner, she didn't think Rebel would feel as sad as her but she was wrong, she lowered her head and tried to avoid tears as she explained "I just couldn't bring myself to move him before.." she said as she leaned a little closer to him "it's ok that you didn't think before you spoke, it happens to the best of us, I understand" Mystery said as she nudged him to encourage a better mood.

Willow listened to her mother and the colt but couldn't make out what they were saying, she walked up to him and looking at him, trying to figure out why he was so small before not caring about how small he is and walking along him like she did to West, after doing that for a while she got hungry and waddled back to her mom to get her food

Electra wondered to the herd, still waiting for her stallion to come back for her. She saw the golden mare give birth to twins but one didn't make it... She saw the filly snuggle up to West and saw a colt getting upset over a bad choice of words? Electra waited till she saw Mystery pick up the dead one and leave with it before leaning closer to West so no one else would hear her before saying "Wow.. What did she do so wrong in her life to be punished with a unalive foal!? Electra said as she saw the filly "she must have been lucky to have at least one that survived " she said grinning slightly as she had suspicions that the golden horse wasn't as sweet and innocent as she made out, Electra thought her suspicion was right

West's eyes just filled with joy when the filly sniffed him back. Wow, just wow. It was an amazing feeling. He nodded when Mystery called her filly, repeating the name over and over in his head. Willow. Willow. Willow. Such a beautiful name. It reminded him of a soft, kind creature that was still strong for everyone around her. A small chuckle escaped as the filly tripped, but then West finally tore his gaze away and looked around, yet again being reminded his herd wasn't what it used to be. He spied a mare hanging around the edge of the herd. The expression on her face did NOT make him feel good, so West slowly walked up. "Do you need something?" He asked

Electra raised her head as a stallion came over "Me? No I think im good, I was just imagining things" She said, she occasionally glanced at Mystery, then Macy, the Dixie. "I was just waiting for my stallion that's all, I'll leave now" Electra said with a small side of attitude

While waiting for the colt to talk to her Mystery got tired so she layed in the grass, Willow soon following her

Rebel heard something through the water and his now hurting head. He pulled it up, and, seeing Mystery, turned to face her. He couldn't bare to respond at first, but after she lay down, Rebel had to say something. "Thank you..." He said, laying down next to her. "For the apology. I know that he meant more to you than he ever would to me. I'm sorry that I burst out, I just felt so bad. But," He continued, looking at Willow. "She is beautiful. I'm really sorry about Chase. nd thanks for rescuing from the water. I probably would have frozen my head for weeks." Rebel said, laughing a little. Then he quieted, waiting for Mystery to reply.

It didn't take long for the small filly to fall asleep, she was tucked nice and snug between Mystery and Rebel's warm bodies which made her feel safe. Mystery looked at Willow while Rebel talked for the most part, nodding at his apology before he thanked her for getting him out "Hehe yeah no worries, anytime little one" Mystery spoke with a small laugh "And you shouldn't have to feel bad.. You had nothing to do with what happened, sometimes that's just the way destiny works, It was hard for me to see Chase like that.. But I know Willow is here for a reason, she will heal me overtime, maybe even heal the herd. And help you feel more comfortable in the herd" Mystery said with a smile before stretching out her neck and nuzzling him gently "I'm always here if you ever need me, or Willow" she said as she began grooming Willow

Rebel gazed at Willow, transfixed. He had never seen a newborn filly before, and he wanted to remember it all - even the stillborn one. He didn't like it, not one tiny bit, but like Mystery had said, they'd all heal eventually. Maybe Mystery could take me in or something...? No, she just got another foal, I shouldn't bother... But no one else seems to want to. I mean, maybe West, but he's really busy... Perhaps Angel? Hm. Mystery jolted him from his thoughts. "Huh? Oh yeah, sorry. I dunno, I guess I just am really sorry for you, and for Willow. She won't have a brother to play with." He said, smiling at the sleeping filly.

Angel hadn't been around for some months. By the time she had found her easy back to the herd she was almost due. The humans where after her for her foal, she looked to see mystery happy and same with rebel. Angel stood at the tree line watching for a while before heading back into a small clearing on the trees. She lay down looking at the herd which where a couple meters away.

Nakoma-

The filly brightened up at Cannon's voice. He didn't seem too mad. "Do you want to explore?" She asked with a hyper energy in her voice.
