Sage heard the commotion and woke, frowning when he saw the man slap Chloe. He was rested by then, though annoyed greatly at the man. He walked up beside Chloe from behind and glared at him. "Say the word and I'll make sure he's never seen again," he muttered to her, honestly sort of hoping she'd let him get at least one hit in.

chloe nodded and looked at sage then at the man (lets call him jake) "i'm breaking up with you" she said but took a step back as jake pulled out a knife. she looked at sage and jake lunged at her and sage. she stepped infront of sage making sure he was safe. she felt the knife stab her stomach. she let sage go and attack him.

Sage let out a snarl when he saw the knife, and let himself morph into the monster most people thought of when they thought werewolf....a sort of humanoid sort of wolf like creature. Fangs, claws, the whole bit. That was just mostly to scare Jake though...it only took one hit to kill him. One bite specifically. He whirled over towards Chloe then, morphing back and kneeling beside her, stomach churning when he saw she was hurt. Hopefully, he'd gotten to the man in time for it to not be too serious.

chloe held the knife. she then looked at kaden sorta fslling over. she felt dizzy and didnt even notice the vape falliong out of her pocket. "i'm sorry" she said before passing out. jake watched in horror and then fled from the scene. he saw chloes bike and smirked to see there was no key. he jumped on his bike and fled the scene.

Sage looked back and forth between Chloe and Jake, not knowing what to do. He was in real danger if Jake told someone he was a werewolf .... especially if Chloe was passed out when they came for him. But she needed to go patched up, so he stitched her up quickly, thankful that the wounds weren't too deep and didn't cause much damage. He made sure she was safe and comfortable before morphing into the half and half creature to chase Jake down.

jake ran as fast as he could to escape the wolf like creature. he tripped and fell he looked up face to face with the thing. (sorry gtg for a while)

Sage didn't like to kill people very much, but at the moment he wanted nothing more. He'd hurt Chloe, badly, and if he let him live he'd just report him. But he'd make it quick at least. He sort of just came up behind Jake and had his fangs in his neck before he could process anything. It was better that way. He didn't fool around....if he had to kill, he'd do it before people even really had a time to feel afraid. He heard people shouting then though, so he turned and ran back to the barn, morphing back to human in order to stay near Chloe, letting her use his lap as a pillow since they were in the barn. He fell asleep as the sun was coming up, no longer able to stay asleep

Chloe was there motionless but when she woke up the next morning she groaned in pain. She looked to see the knife out and she had stitches.she kinda snuggled into sage feeling a comfort she hadn't felt in a while

Sage hadn't really been sleeping well, so her groan woke him and he looked down at her groggily. He was going to ask her how she felt, but she'd snuggled up by then, and he sort of passed back out after a moment, since he really hadn't slept all night, and he was still definitely unhealthy from grace and the lab.

Chloe was woken by whiskey nickering hungry. Chloe got up and ignored the pain. She went to the feed room and started to mix up the horses food. She also did chaos's food to help sage. She was In agony as she lifted the first bucket and took it to whiskey. She then fed bolt,then Pippa, then spark and then chaos.
