Christine watched the sun slowly go down and walked back over to Posy, "Time to go girl" she mounted the horse and guided her back up towards the barn. She dismounted and lead Posy back into her stall. "Goodnight Posy" she patted the horse softly and walked back up towards the old house.

Caleb was soon back and went to a bar. He stayed in one of the cabins Christine's dad owned. He got home drunk that night and slept in the hay loft:

Christine walked into the old house and entered the kitchen. She grabbed a quick bite to eat and walked towards her couch. She sat down and watched a bit of TV. After sitting there for awhile she got up and walked to her bedroom, changing into her pj's and slipping into her fresh sheets. "Tomorrow i'll go into town with Posy, need to buy some more feed". She sighed and fell asleep

Caleb woke up sore the next morning. He had been in a fight and had a small cut on his bottom lip. He got up and went into the stables to greet whiskey. He saw that black mare that they'd seen yesterday

Caleb fed whiskey his feeds (speedy beat mixed in to chaff with a side of cool vitality grain) he then tacked up whiskey to run barrels.

Caleb always saw the girl who owned the mare but they never talked. He found it strange.
