Harper then turned her attention to the mare that had walked up with a wince. "Hey, I'm sorry for not answering yoou. Thank you, what's your name?" She asked Moon, tilting her head with a curious expression

Moon, seeing the mare was talking to her, walked back. "Oh! I'm Moon. Short for Moonwatcher. But call me Moon. Where do you come from? I haven't seen you here before."

Harper twitched her ears and offered a smile as the mare turned back. "Well nice to meet you, Moon." She answered. "I used to be in West's herd, a long time ago. Then I left and traveled around the land looking for another herd, but I couldn't find any. I finally came back here, hoping he might let me back in, when I saw Tiger over there and decided to investigate." Harper explained

Moon's eyes widened when Harper said she used to be in West's herd. "How long ago? I came here when I was-" Moon stopped, cringing. "When I was young. Maybe one or two. Sorry, that brings up bad memories." Moon closed her eyes, trying not to remember those hard times whe she felt like she would never fit in.

Harper looked like she was thinking. "Maybe 4 years ago. Like I said, a long time ago. I was in his herd when he didn't really have a herd yet." She half barked a laugh, watching Moon with a gentle gaze

Moon opened her eyes, glad Harper hadn't asked about her life in West's herd. "That is a while ago! Well, if you can excuse me, I have to go find a friend." Moon paused then looked back. "Actually, why don't you come with me? I think you'll like him. His name is Aurora. At first I thought it was a wierd name for a boy -" Moon held back a laugh - "-But now I'm used to it. Come on!"

Harper almost lit up as Moon invited her somewhere. She let out a small chuckle as Moon told her the boy's name, a knowing and sneaky look already coming into her eyes. "Okay then." Harper was already formulating a plan to tease Moon about Aurora, but she kept it in for now and followed the mare, her silver mane shining in the sun.

Aurora kind of wandered around the herd aimlessly being bored to bits and peices. He did stop near the edge of the woods at some point where a apple tree stood. After a moment of looking up at them he tunred away from it, then kicked out at it's trunk making it shake and drop a handful of apples on the ground. Which he started munching happily on a few

Moon led Harper to where she had last seen Aurora. Not seeing him there, she went to a high point in the field to look for her friend. When she spotted him, she accidentally let out a whinny of joy, and quickly covered it with a cough. She cleared her throat and cantered up to where Aurora was eating an apple. Screeching to a stop, she introduced Harper. "Hi Aurora! This is Harper, she used to be part of West's 'Herd' a while ago but came back because she thought he was awesome!" Then, turning to Harper. "Harper this is Aurora. Get aquainted or whatever and then let's see how fast you really are." she said with a wink, and walked a few paces away.

Tiger flicked his ears, he felt very intruded with all the new horses in his valley, Tiger flicked his tail why would he think that he had this valley to himself? He was foolish, Tiger wanted to move, if he had a herd, they would follow
