Zamika sat in bed with a book. She flipped through it doodles on each and every page. Zamika walked out with it and a lighter.

Marcus swerved off into a field and hit the breaks flinging open the doors and jumping out "what's wrong?" he asked panicing looking for a safe area and analizing whether he should stay with the car or they could permanantly stop here,his own wolf was howling in distress and he had to force a calm look

He hurriedly got out of the car before his wolf shifted snarling and growling, His jaws were snapping in frustration and the car was his release of anger. Aaron knew this would happen when he bottled up too many emotions

Zamika walked to a cliff with a river below. She lit the book and it burst into flames licking at her fingers. Zamika threw it down to the river and let it swallow the book.
