The three horses were walking along when Romeo asked,"Loki,how did you escape?When I got out my idiot owner did'nt lock the gate." "Well,the barn burned down and they both. . . . . . .died." Loki ammited sadly.Romeo gave him a shocked look."B-Both of them?What do you,oh.WAIT.YOU HAD A FOAL?!Wow.Ok." Romeo stated.-His foal and mare both died.How sad.-

As Amira followed the two from a distance, she overheard their conversation -Loki could've been a dad...?- She thought, she looked at the ground, the painful memories flooding back through her, her heart hurting -Just as i could have been a mother...- She thought, her mind clouded and her eyes glossy with tears. Thanks to her loss... Both her losses (Her stillborn and then her stallion/mate leaving because the foal didn't make it)

Amira has struggled to find a stallion she loves and wants to settle with, so she jumps from one to the other, usually asking for one thing... Before moving to the next.. To forget everything she missed out on. Amira had a feeling she would never fully heal, and that she'd never change

The stallion stood alone for a few more minutes before dropping his head and releasing a deep sigh. 'Why does that keep happening?' He thought as he shifted his weight before he moved. Upon getting in the clearing he only found Bullet there. They left him. A thin and slow voice said deep within his head. "Uhm, well, it appears that I'm gonna politely stalk everyone." He halfway joked before walking towards the bushes, "But seriously, watch out-" He giggled before the forest engulfed him completely. He lifted his head and looked around, obviously seeing some snapped twigs, a settled path through the dirt. This might actually be easier than I originally thought... A slightly disappointed look quickly spread across his face as he quickly navigated and followed, maybe they should work on being sure footed-.

A few minutes went by before he heard some voices, so he quickly halted and listened. It was the three he was following, so as a normal Val does, he let out a loud snort before prancing over to the three with his head held high.

Amira startled as she sensed something rush up behind the group, bunny hopping forward to avoid a ambush. The tobiano mare spun around, ears pinned. Though upon seeing Val her ears instantly flickered forward, she looked at him before realizing she was just staring at him, Amira snorted and nibbled a bite of grass, relaxing her weight

"Val,good to have you back.We're just heading to a big lushish valley."They continued walking for a few minutes. "Stop." Romeo stood still with his eyes gazing until he locked onto something.It was a big puff of smoke.He looked down and saw burned out trees and grass infront of them."Forest fire.It's already passed through apparently.We're safe though.I'd say let's head back though.Just to be safe." Romeo started heading back to the plain the herd had been on this whole time.-Need to warn West Herd about the fire.- "Loki,take Amira back to the herd.I need to go warn West Herd about the potential threats of forest fire." He said this boldly.Loki nodded and watched as his brother galloped off.

Romeo eventually made it to West Herd.He approached the lead stallion,Obsidian."Obsidian,good to meet you again.Come,there are potential threats you must know of." The stallion joined Romeo at his side.Once they got to the top of the hill,Romeo told Obsidian about the fire and left after disscussing.

Amira stopped when Romeo said 'Stop', she looked at the burning hell that layed in front of them. She looked at Romeo when he told Loki to take her back to the safe zone, then softly glanced at Loki and nodded "I'll follow you" She said eager to get away from the fire, the smoke started to make Amira cough, she followed Loki away and looked around for Val

Angel looked at the fire and trotted closer to it. She liked how the orange of the flames danced across the cool calm demenor of the sky. She often saw horses dancing in it and always stayed and watched a while. She'd once been forced to canter over a small fire. She didn't feel it and the vet said she was special

Loki heard the mare cough. "Are you alright?There's some water right there if you need it." He said concernigly.

Amira nodded "I'm fine now, the smoke was just strong, but i'm okay, thanks Loki" She said softly before looking around "Where's Angel?" She asked

"Anytime.I saw her at the fire.She was staring at it as if it was talking to her.She could still be back there.Wanna go check?It's like 2 minutes out.Not far." Loki answered.
