Sage pinched his lips together and pointed at the ground. "They got him, but they didn't kill him. He ran. I'm going to go find him. Follow the tracks. You should stay herw in case he doubles back." He didn't want to leave her, but staying at the hotel was the safest option, especially since she was so upset. He turned around and hugged her tightly. "Don't worry, it'll be alright.
