"Mhm yeah" she joked lengthening her stride and trotting faster. According to Firefly, when she lengthened the most, she was considered a pacer. She tossed her head and went faster, letting the wind blow her mane back

When Dixie started trotting faster West refused the urge to groan. Fall behind or strain the muscles in his legs? Being the horse he was, he picked the latter. West wasn't that competitive, but he did have that little spark in him. He also lengthened his Trot further, keeping up with Dixie surprisingly. -ow, ow, ow, ow- West thought with a slight chuckle at himself

When West started catching up, Dixie launched herself into a canter "come on big guy! Hurry up!" Dixie called over her shoulder as she turned to keep from running into things

Aurora shook his head with a small eye roll "No that does not mean I won't stop calling you a grumpy grandpa" He stated before doing figure eight's around Moon and West not being able to contain his energy and be still. "Ugh stupid patience.." He muttered under his breath Wait I am not a ankle bitter" He protested before nipping at Wests ankles "Hows that for ankle biter now?" Aurora teased before prancing off to stand next to Moon "I know I am the most funniest horse on the prairie" He said with a smirk before bumping his hind into Moons "Last one to the waves is a rotten egg!" He exclaimed before turning around and taking off ~ Phantom smiled slighty "Okay great..." She said quietly to his reply before nudging him back "Seriously it's fine, I understand Tiger... I'll see you around" She smiled slightly this time giving him one last soft nudge before turning and galloping back to the herds territory. Once she reached them she took a glance around making sure everything was okay and stayed the same since she left before walking under a tree. Phantoms head was hanging low along with a small frown on her face, she truly was upset about Tiger leaving but she understood why he did leave. |

"I'm NOT A GRUMPY GRANDPA and YES, that hurts!" West protested with a slight nip at Aurora's sides at the colt whooshed past. West finally broke into a canter after Dixie, then when Aurora said that he took off like a bullet, nipping the colt on the neck as he caught up. "See you later!" West crowed, lengthening his stride a little more to get ahead of the colt inches at a time

Dixie saw the friendly competition and decided to wait. She didn't like waiting but she did. She watched the two run down the beach. Dixie shook her head with a grin

"Uh yes you are that's why your yelling and secondly I'm glad it did" Aurora said with a smirk ~ Auror threw a buck as West nipped him on his neck "Hey!" He yelped before pushing himself full speed to try and catch up with West "You are NOT winning this time mister" He huffed pulling himself right behind West

Tiger nodded, he knew he had hurt her, but he was grateful for her understanding,

West tossed his mane and pushed faster, casting a teasingly glance at Aurora. "Oh is that your top speed? Well I have two catch lines I want to say so badly..." he grinned. "Number one, I am speed. Number two, see ya later, sucker" West teased mercilessly, his powerful haunches pushing him forward faster as he flat out streaked across the beach, pulling ahead of Aurora and reaching the waves a while horselength ahead of him.

Dixie giggled as she trotted after the winning stallion. She shook her head with a smile. She was about half way to him when she stepped on a crab. She lifted her hoof and stopped, looking at the terrified animal as it gripped to the end of her hood as she lifted it up. She lowered her muzzle and it pinched her nostril with its other pincher. Dixie's head shot up and she stared at it. She shook her head but it didn't let go. She stepped backwards a few times and shook her head again. She stared at the animal then dropped her head slowly and it let go, crabwalking away quickly
