West couldn't help but have his gaze drawn to Dixie, stopping from sheer ... confusion. Shock? Amusement? -Is she... chasing her tail?- West thought slowly, a slight grin forming on his face. "Now that's a first. In all my years I have Never seen a horse chase their tail" he murmured with a muffled chuckle, continuing to walk. He glanced at the foals to make sure they were still okay before letting his gaze drift to the ocean

Dixie stomped as she trotted then jumped into a gallop, moving in a pattern that Firefly had taught her called the clover leaf or barrel pattern. She didn't know what a barrel was, but she did the pattern as quick as Firefly did. She was a fast filly and an even faster mare. She slid to a stop, the dirt clouding up around her. She snorted and huffed out a whinney of happiness, pleased to find something to do. She tossed her black mane to the other side of her neck and walked around. Firefly said to always walk a little after you run. Dixie did as she said and walked around in a circle around the hood prints she made.

Moon was getting tired, so she slowed to a canter, then a trot, and finally tripped herself on purpose to try not to show Aurora that she was tired.

West broke into a Trot and caught up with the foals, slowing again when he was behind them. He could see from years of experience in being exhausted that Moon was tired, but West wouldn't comment. Yet.

Dixie pawed at the ground. -why do it get bored so easily?- Dixie snorted and tossed her head, her mane flying. She looked at her large blanket Appaloosa pattern in her back. She walked to the stream and looked at her white eye in the reflection. She still didn't like it. She hated it, to be exact.

West got distracted again, half wishing he could be sleeping and half thankful that he knew the foals were okay. Knowing himself, the latter won rather quickly. West was glad that he was with the foals, making sure they didn't get into more trouble. He couldn't help letting his gaze meander, though.

Dixie snorted and walked around. Bored. So. Bored. She saw West and trotted to him, stopping beside him. "Looks like someone's tired" she teased "foals been running around here there and everywhere?" She asked, tilting her head to the side with a grin

-Oh no, not another horse to come up and tell me I'm getting old- West thought with a mental groan, though he was pleased to see Dixie. "Yes, extremely. They have... plus the added insults haven't been helping." He replied with a chuckle, then tipped his head. "How are you feeling?" West asked

Dixie giggled and swished her tail. Then she snorted "I've been fine since I could stand on my own" she shook her head "I'm bored. Help" she joked

West nodded. "Being able to walk usually helps." He commented, listening to the rest of what she said. "Oh well I can't really help with that. I think I've had three horses now say I'm boring... multiple times... in the last two days." West stated slowly, a slight smile on his face.
