Sage shrugged. "Right now we're only going to find out some things, not to fight. It doesn't matter who I see. Our plan doesn't change." He glanced back at him. "I almost want it to just be Jacob. I already know how your father fights. Focusing on just Jacob may be a smart option. But if it's both of them or just your dad, it's still good to get information from them." He looked ahead again and put his hands in his jacket pockets. He was silent for a bit as he walked down the street. "I want you to stay outside of the building and keep watch. It'll be easier for me to spy on them that way. And there's less chance of a surprise attack, although there's an extremely low chance that they'll know we're there and attack us "

Sage nodded and looked back at her brother with a smile. "Thanks, man. I know this is really weird and I do appreciate you helping." He frowned when a sudden thought struck him. "But I may have to kill your father if it comes down to it." He wasn't sure they wanted that. Even if they didn't like that didn't mean they would necessarily be ok with him dying either.

Sage sighed. "I guess if it comes to it it's either me or him and she'll have to choose. I hate to be blunt about it but that's the way war works." He ground his teeth together at the memories and then looked up when they reached the place the dad was in. He put his hand on the wall of the gate and looked up at the top. "I'll be back. Probably." Then he climbed up the wall and hopped over the top and landed on the ground on the other side

Sage walked around carefully, making sure he had his back against a wall at all times and kept a keen eye out for any movement. He had his hand on the hilt of his dagger, but didn't want to unsheathe it yet because light could reflect off of the blade and give away his location. He heard a slight noise to his left and slipped down the wall until he saw their father and another man, who he assumed was Jacob. There was a woman, too, one he didn't know. He frowned and kept in the shadows as he climbed the wall, trying to see what they were drawing on a piece of paper on the ground.

Sage pulled out his phone and took a picture as best he could and listened for a bit before her dad stopped talking and looked up in Sage's direction. He stayed still, knowing that if he didn't move her father couldn't see him. Her father fired a gun in his direction, and sage closed his eyes and stood stock still. the bullet grazed his cheek and he held his breath for a moment. Lisa's dad looked around carefully and then turned back around. Sage could tell he was keeping an eye and ear out now, so he slipped back out and climbed the wall and landed next to Lisas brother. "We need to move," he muttered.
