He nodded. "I've seen it happen before, and it usually works out fine." By then they got back to the room and he opened the door and the kids ran inside and immediately started looking around. He smiled and walked in after them and closed the door behind them. He let go of Lisas hand to do so and then sunk down into a chair with a sigh. He was tired, and his head and side hurt, but he doubted he could sleep he was too tense and uptight to sleep.

lisa points to the bed and said " you need to lay down not sit" then walks towards the front of sage and smiles sassy then turns to sit on the bed and thinks about things and what would happen

He sighed and stood up with a chuckle. "Yes, your majesty," he joked. He plopped down on the bed next to her and sighed wearily. "What time should the kids be put to bed? It is getting late." He looked over at them, not wanting to sleep until they were taken care of. Now that he had sat down he was exhausted, but he was still worried.

lisa said " will at nine or eight but it depends on the parent i guess" lisa didn't really know how to be a mother or even a babysitter lisa lays her hand on his and said " you okay right"

He nodded. "Yeah. I'm alright. Just tired, but that's expected." He smiled, but not in a happy way. "I guess that's what I get for running around with a bullet in my side." He shrugged. "But it's not like Ive never been shot before." He glanced over at the kids and then the clock. "It's almost nine." He looked over at the kids again. "Alright kiddos, it's bedtime. Sleep tight and well have more fun tomorrow, alright." He pointed to the bed and the kids scrambled into it, saying good night.

lisa nods and said " ill be back i need to get something get a snack but ill be back" lisa was worry about something and she knew it was not friendly matter that she was worry about it was not anything about sage

He nodded and patted her shoulder. "I'll be here." He could feel the exhaustion like a heavy weight on his shoulders, now that the kids were in bed and asleep. He didn't even have the energy to wonder what Lisa was doing.

lisa walks out of the room and towards the kitchen before she got there she pulls out her phone and reads her brother message that said hide dad broke out and he is pissed off lisa sighed she didn't want to worry sage

Once Lisa had left, sage sighed and flopped down onto the bed. He rolled over so Lisa would have room later since the kids were on the other bed and closed his eyes. He fell asleep in an instant, relieved to finally be able to sleep without worrying about a crazy serial killer on the loose.

lisa grabs a snack and walks back smiling to everyone and enters the room again looking at sage sleeping she climbs in be side him and didn't fall to sleep until 10 and left her phone on messager and on the side table
