Phantom nodded her head before nudging the flowers closer to Dixie so she didn't have to walk that anymore to come get them. She glanced at West as he spoke "Yes they will help" She said directing it more at West than Dixie to help get his brain to stop spiraling which it probably still was like how he said earlier it was

West was mentally busy with putting a giant wall on the spiral and watching each what if crash into it and stop. It was rather contenting. He finally drew his mind back to the problem at hand, glancing at Phantom

Phantom saw West snap back to reality which let her know he did not hear what she said. She walked over to the side of him so that she wasn't hovering over the flowers. She glanced at West before giving him a small gentle nudge, it was her way of saying that it was all going to be okay and he was doing the right thing. So you could say it was more of a reassuring nudge

Dixie stared at the flowers. She sniffed them and took a bite. It tasted weird but she managed to eat a whole flower before her stomach became particularly angry. She shook her head and backed away for a minute before eating another one.

West tried to relax his tense muscles which were, at this point, getting sore. He glanced at Phantom again as she nudged him, to show that he... understood. For the most part. West turned his gaze to Dixie again, praying this worked

she nibbled on the last one. she felt nothing except worse. -it needs time- she thought. she gulped the last bit down with a snort.

West flicked his tail anxiously. -Time... when I ate the flower it took 10-30 minutes- West thought with a worried glance at Dixie, just waiting

Mystery and Scarlet got to the stream, Mystery took a quick drink then splashed some water onto Scarlet playfully to cheer her up "Hey Scarlet, if you look closely down this end of the water, you'll see that it sparkles. You know why?" She asked the small filly as she dunked her head under the water to grab some of the sparkly things, she brought one out and put it on the dirt "There are magical crystals under the water that protect those who drink from it" Mystery said, she knew the crystals weren't magic but she liked telling stories. And besides, what foal doesn't love pretty crystals and magical stories?

"Really!?" Scarlet pricked her ears and splashed in the water as she bounded towards more sparkly crystals in the water. She picked a whole mouthful out of the water and trotted back, her head high and tail raised. She dropped them beside the one Mystery brought out. She immediately turned and drank from the stream, flicking her tail. "Am I protected now?" - Dixie looked up at West. "How long... does it take?" She asked. Her stomach still hurt really bad. West looked anxious. She gave a slight flick of her tail and shook her mane a little.

West cleared the look from hisface the best he could, not wanting to just make Dixie more unhappy. "Well I don't know for sure... but I'm guessing it will work rather soon. 10-30 minutes." He said slowly, keeping the hesitant tone away from his deep voice. West flicked his tail and had a slightly stubborn look on his face since he was trying to keep every emotion in and it WASN'T working.
