{Desiree's Pov} - "I smiled and began walking towards the water, I noticed Lisa but she seemed to be doing her own thing so i left her be, I then continuned in the water Daisy kicking up as we did so, I smiled and patted her soft neck that had a little white dot on it, I then allowed her to drink from the stream if she wanted to" |

I see Desiree and that other boy walk their horses into the flowing river. I sigh. Their horses are pretty. So I decided to go see if ther horses wanted some peppermints. This is about the horses not the people. I try to convince myself. I turn Rain around and start towards them. Once I get close enough, I whisper to Rain to stop and run a nervous hand through my hair. "Do your horses want some treats?" I ask tentativly. I probably looked very strange. Soaked in water, wet red hair, with wet shorts, a wet shirt, and boots that weren't wet due to me taking them off. Oh, and I'm sitting on a soaking wet horse. To calm my nerves, since neither were ansering me I reached into my bag and pulled out 2 carrots. Rain doesn't like them much but I keep them anyway. Usaully for me to eat. |

{Desiree's Pov} - "I noticed Lisa and let out a smile, "Of course you can give Daisy a treat, Only if you'd like", I said and placed my blond hair behind my ear realveling my scar, I had forgotten about it so i thought nothing of it" |

"Of course you can give Daisy a treat, Only if you'd like" She tells me and tucks a piece of hair behind her head. I see a scar and flinch. I'll bring it up later... I hop off of Rain, who starts prancing in the watr, and walk over to the horse who I assume is Daisy, holding up a carrot to her muzzle. She sniffs it for a moment then takes it chewing and nickering softly for another. I smile, I do hope no one saw me smile though. Everyone always said my smile lit up the world and that would lead to people flirting with me so, I really hope they didn't see it. I look to the other horse and glance up the rider, he was a fairly handsome man. I think if I liked looks he would be attractive. "Can I give your horse one?" I ask him. Running another hand through my hair, trying to get it to look even a little decent. Even if he was fairly attractive, his horse still cuaght my eye. He was very pretty. Not as pretty as my Rain though I think to myself. |

The other boy says, "Oh- sure! He would love a peppermint, if you'd want to waste one on him." I nod a little and slip his horse it. After his horse takes the peppermint I look back at Desiree and see her smile. It's beautiful. I know she probaly likes the boy but I can't stop from staring a little longer. she really is beautiful. But then she quickly untucks her hair, letting it fall back into place. I inwardly grimace. This is all way to familiar, I know that because it's happened to me... I turn to Rain and walk back over to her, remounting. "Where you guys heading?" I ask, trying not to smile, for obvious reasons. I would like to join them. If they'd let me. Desiree doesn't seem like such a bad person. Maybe I could be friends with her? I would like a loyal friend or two for once. (See above for explanation lol, Also Rivershine, could you maybe add a few more sentences or words to your parts? Just so I have more to work with. If you don't want to that's fine. It would just make it easier. :) |

Qibli glanced over at where another girl rode a stunning mare- probably the other one that checked into the stable. When she walked over and offered Desiree's horse- he assumed the mare's name was Daisy- a peppermint, Qibli had to hide a smile. He loved meeting other people that cared about horses, and peppermints were literally Dash's favorite treat. The stallion pranced forward and sniffed the girl's pockets, nudging her a little and huffing a breath of warm air when he found nothing. "Oh- sure! He would love a peppermint, if you'd want to waste one on him." Qibli joked a little. (sorry I didn't respond- I was offline) "I really have no clue- I'm just wandering around and thought the creek would be a good place to let the horses drink. Want to join us?" He inquired with a tilt of his head, though still slightly wary about not really liking to talk to people- he was being as polite as possible. |

I smile, forgetting about my past with that for once and nod. "If you allow me to come I'd be overjoyed. So would Rain at this point." I tell him, gesturing at my mare. "Oh also, are you guys hungry? I made some food cause I was famished." I say, hoping I'm not being annoying. |

Qibli nodded, gently stroking the side of Dash's neck as he spoke. "Of course! The more the merrier, right?" He joked with a small chuckle, tilting his head a little at her question. "I wouldn't want to waste your food- I'm fine. Thank you for asking, though, I appreciate the offer." He answered truthfully, a little worried at this point on how everything would play out. Ryker's words came back to him... some that Ryker had said a long time ago. "Enjoy it while it lasts. You'll never regret the time you spend with friends, even if it seems awkward in the moment." Ryker had stated, and that gave Qibli comfort at this time. Though, now he was worrying about other things. +Do they think my Scottish accent is annoying? Do they not like it? Will she make fun of my name? Does Desiree think my name is weird?+ questions ran through Qibli's mind, bringing up old memories of when he was bullied at school and such. |

Well good thing he said I could come. I mean I probably would've gone anyway. Actually that's a lie I would've gone back to the stable. "I wouldn't want to waste your food- I'm fine. Thank you for asking, though, I appreciate the offer." I get pulled out of my thoughts. Oh right I asked him about the food. "No, no. It's fine really. I have plenty more. I bulk made them." I chuckle at the last part. It's true. I made like 20 of them, maybe even more. I tilt my head to the side letting my wet red hair fall to the side. I start examining there faces. I wonder what they thought of me. I hope nothing bad. Since I hoped they'd be my friends. I would love having friends who ride. I bend down and pat Rain on the neck, overcome with sudden gratitude for my horse. I realize I'm still waiting for this guys response. Oh yeah. I should probably ask his name to. |
