Dixie snorted and lowered her head to graze. Macy was right beside her and Scarlet was trotting in circles

West finally flicked his ears and raised his head, fully awake. He stalked to the water and took a drink before glancing around, then trotting off towards the beach. West finally started cantering around, just working his muscles. He didn't want to get out of shape or hurt just because his leg hurt. West went down to the water and pushed through it, warming up his legs a little.

Mystery felt strange, she couldn't quite put her hoof on it though.. "Maybe it's nothing" She said, trying to shake the weird feeling. She went to her tree and layed down, nibbling at the grass

West then came back up on shore and found some deep sand, trotting through it. Stinging pain lashed his front leg, just making him a little more angry and trot a little faster. West finally slowed to a walk, his head dropped in sheer exhaustion. He knew he shouldn't be pushing himself this hard yet... but he had to.

Dixie's ears flicked back and forth as she listened to the beautiful sounds of nature around her

West finally started pushing a log, knowing it really was a good exercise. He pushed the log all the way to the ned of the beach before stopping, glaring at his quivering body. "Stupid beat up body." West muttered, tossing his mane and starting the slow walk back

Tiger snorted and grazed a bit, he planned an exercise work out

Phantom looked around seeing everyone was starting to wake up and move around from their rest. She glanced at Tiger and nudged him "So what does his highness have planned for today"

"Exercise, grazing and maybe a run" he said with a side glance at her

West got back to the herd, not really knowing what to do. He had been out for almost an hour working, so he was pretty tired from that... but he didn't want to stay around here and get that bad feeling. -You're the one that wants to work on your own- West scolded himself, closing his eyes and standing in the sunlight for a moment before walking to the shade of the tree he usually stood under.
