dolly nodded as hunter spoke before she darted across the field she was 2 almost three and even after running all that way she was shufed with energy as she ran a few laps around the horses she stoped and troted up to leaf adding a bounce every stride

Cowgirl Heard Dolly running around and smiled wistfully to herself, thinking about how she couldn've been full of spit and vinegar, when she was Dolly's age.

She turned her head to look at Hunter, And thought man, what a pretty stallion.

(wouldnt it be so cool if when/if they have a foal we actually bred them to see what it would look like? 👀)

hunter turned his head to watch dolly flat out run across the fields before going to pester leaf he let out a amused snort before his eyes landed on cowgirl +poor cowgirl+ he thought as he saw the mare just skin and bones laying there he turned his head to look at winter and sky who were talking before he turned to face the sunset

(what!? Nooo.... You could make a new Hunter 🤧)

She felt his gaze on her, even though she couldn't even see him.

*Sigh* Why do i have to like him so much? Who would like a Bag of bones like me? Im hideous. I should maybe leave....

hunter walked down from the hill as the moon rose before hearing winter walk up "yes?" he asked turning around

winter walked up to hunter who hadnt sleeped in days "ill take up watch tonight you go to sleep" she told him before troting up the hill leaving him standing

hunter watched winter trot up the hill with a snort before he layed down a few feet away from cowgirl with a shake of his long mane before he layed his head on the ground

Cowgirl was dreaming, she knew Hunter hadn't slept in a long time, and was worried. Do of course, she had a dream about him getting hurt.

*in the dream* Cowgirl was grazing in a field. The herd wasn't in sight. All of the sudden she heard a Cougar Scream, her head whipped up as she looked around, trying to see where it was. She saw it on the far side of the field, running towards her with a malacious look in its eyes. She tryed to turn and run, but for some reason she was stuck to the ground! Just as it was about to jump and attack her, Hunter Came flying out of no where and ran right into the Cougar, knocking it off of its feet. He was amid stomping it when it got out from under him and launched itself at his throat. It got hold and killed Hunter, right in front of her. "No! Hunter!" She heard herself scream. As it jumped on her, she woke up to Hunter Hugging and comforting her.

"Shhhhh... Its okay im right here." She heard him say in a calm voice.

jumped out of his half sleep hearing cowgirl panick in her sleep he stood aand layed next to her laying his head on her back trying to calm her " calm down cowgirl im right here" he said when he was shure she was awake

She shuddered from the images still imprinted in her mind, and snuggled into Hunters Warm embrace. "sorry" she whispered.

"i feel like a baby." Cowgirl hid her head, growing sleepy with him so close.
