West laid his head back on the ground with a small sigh. He didn't really know what else to say... except hope him just being there helped Dixie to forget about what she worried about. He glanced around the herd, happy to see Aurora and Moon playing together again. West turned his gaze to Tiger, who was finally laying down near the herd. Then he looked at Phantom, who was standing under an oak tree. When West was sure everyone was okay he closed his eyes.

Dixie rolled a little, accidentally bumping into West "oops" she said as she rolled back onto her legs. "sorry" she said with a weak smile. the owl hooted again and she looked up, finally spotting it. she slowly stood, taking easy steps to the point where she almost couldn't be heard. she lifted her muzzle to the tree, breathing softly. she turned her hindquarters to the side and the owl swooped down. Dixie quickly closed her eyes, dropping her head. she only opened her eyes when she noticed the owl was on her back. she lifted her head and looked back at it "hello there" it gave a "whooo, whooo, whooo areee youuuu" Dixie giggled and it turned its head around to look at her. "you cute little barn owl" she mumbled

West shifted slightly. "It's fine..." he murmured, flicking his ears and opening his eyes as Shen got up. West slowly got up, stretching his sore leg. He watched as the owl swooped down and landed on Dixie's back. She really did have a way with animals...

Aurora watch her zone out as soon as she said race. He went back to the last time they race and dipped his head slightly. He quickly raised it back up "How about we fight? First one to pin the other loses?" He pranced in place hoping she woudl like the idea

Moon snapped out of her daze of thought and put on her best fake-smile. "Let's do it!" She turned serious for a second (Though it was a play-serious) and said, "Just don't kill me, okay? I won't kill you if you don't kill me."

Aurora flicked his tail happily "As long as you don't try and kill me" He said amused before takign a few steps and pawing at the ground "Ready?" He said letting a snort out

Aurora pawed the ground once more and as soon as she said go he charged forward ready to knock her over. He widned his eyes realizing she had moved to the side so he skidded to a halt. He turned around with a smile -that was smart- he thought to hismelf
