If there was a club that was focused around wild horse herds that inhabited a string of isles - with its own map and lore (maybe even its own breed of horse?) would you join and participate? . The idea would be that when you join, you sign up with your lead horse and in your own thread, you'd write your characters' stories, but as you go on, you can experience 'random events' written by club admins that give you the opportunity to claim new herd members, companions, items, etc. to join your adventure. You could even collab with other writers and their horses/herds if desired.
. You can look at this thread from my main account as an example of how it would be set up/events would be given here (Click) (Obviously, art would be optional, not required) . This is still a concept that is open to suggestions on things to add and change which would appeal to those that are thinking they might would join. I am also looking for someone who might be interested to co-found this club and help with the naming, lore, and small details side of things. Requirements for the position are just to be active and creative :) |

The club itself would be a very "go at your own pace" type vibe so as a member, you are free to be as active as you'd like.
However, anyone that wishes to be a cofounder, I'd appreciate someone more active so this club could get rolled out and up sooner than later XD |

I've done quite a few things sort of this this, so I wouldn't mind confounding things! I'm on pretty much most days, on and off, and will let you know if things come up where I wouldn't be on for a day for whatever reason. Feel free to pm me! :) |

So the idea right now would be when you join the club, your application will require you to submit one horse you have intentions of writing your story with. Then you have options: . The first option you have is to write your story independently with just your own characters. You may collab with other Rpers and their herds for a planed amount of time if you wanted to, but not required. . The other option I am exploring is that RPers could collab and up to two stables could share one thread (pretty much like a 1x1) and RP characters within one herd. . My goal with the club pretty much is to keep the feel and style of Role-playing the same as it's alway been on HEE, but add a world with a map and lore to play with. I also want to add the occurrence of random events and little side quests that can keep things moving if you get stuck or want some adventure/drama that isn't "preplanned" by you, yourself, so it's more engaging and motivation inspiring. . I the club will also introduce the concept of companions, which are non-horse characters that can join your herd and be assets you never thought of before (helping with scouting, protecting the herd, etc.) . I am also open to all ideas for any aspect of the club for those that would want to join! Even as the club is created and we start all the things, we can try some stuff to see if it works and then make adjustments, additions, or remove things as needed. |
