Radioactive ate her grain and watched Shadow silently

Shadow nickered happily.

Radioactive went out to the pasture to graze, as the black splash grazed, the bushes rattled. Radioactive looked up and saw Cosmic."Cosmic! What are you doing?" Radioactive asked, suprised to see her there. "Sorry Mom, didn't mean to scare you, I was at Arrowhead Creek." Cosmic said, feeling shy."Go eat your breakfast." Radioactive said and watched her foal leave.

Brian smiled at Anna while they rode. He felt cheerful and then some guy rode up on a palomino mare. " What are you doing?" the man asked Brian. " Taking a ride, is there a problem?" Brian asked "I don't think your horses are going to win a show." the man smirked and rode off. Brian was angry, but he quickly cooled down. "How rude." he said.

Anna looked at the guy. She wanted to yell back at him, so she did just that. "Well, I don't think your horses are going to win either." Anna said. "Oh you think i'll lose?" The guy snapped back. "Well, if you want to see who will lose, go look in a mirror." Anna said laughing. "We'll see about that." He said. Anna smiled and looked at Brian. "Don't let him get into your head." She said happily as they rode down the trail together.

Shadow sighed and turned back towards the pasture. He stood a far distance from Radioactive, not knowing what her deal was. Prentice followed Cosmic out of the bushes and ran to Shadow before his mom could notice him.

Brian smiled at Anna, happy that she had yelled at him,"Thank you, my love."

Anna smiled softly. "Of course." She said before turning away. Anna gave a small sigh and looked back over at the man she loved most. But... Maybe he didn't love her the way she loved him. Her heart raced, her mind went in different directions. Anna pulled back on the reins softly, slowing Orion a little. Her breathing was hard. It was just too much for her to handle at once. "Brian? Can we stop for a little bit?" Anna asked with a slight tilt of her head.

Brian smiled at the girl he loved, "Of course!" he smiled and stopped Paisly

Anna smiled softly at the boy and hopped off Orion. She sat against a tree and caught her breath. "Thanks."

Brian got off Paisly and sat next to Anna, "Are you okay?" he smiled at her and put an arm around her shoulders.
