Okay Gem I've got a banger idea for you!

I am a MAJOR fantasy reader and one of my favorites is Fourth Wing. The cadets must cross the "parapet" in order to reach the riders quadrant, this is the first test to weed out the weak. It is 18in wide, 200ft high and made of stone. (Pictures can be found online!)

So here's my idea, a big draft horse (maybe black or grey or with loud patterns and definitely a LONG mane with a white streak) crossing the parapet with the riders quadrant or even just some sort of dark castle in the background. Lightning and dragons are a huge thing in the series so how about a full lightning storm and some dragons flying in the distance?

Feel free to mold this idea to your heart's content and look at fanart from the series online!

HI!!! I have three ideas I'd like to offer up if thats okay!

So I have a huuge love for anything lord of the rings so much so its actually gonna be the theme of my page and I've had some ideas floating around of some art ideas that I feel would be super cool to see. These are all very fantasy themed. All of these ideas are centered around some of my horses so I'll also try to provide a link to the horse I'm imagining in this picture so you can get a better sense of the coat.

Note: All of these are from real scenes in the movies so if you can look them up to get an idea of the scenery I'm just nervous about posting any pictures and breaking credit rules by mistake.

Idea 1: Rivendale's Jewels:

Horse: Havent quite decided but with what I'm picturing it would be close to her: Horse Eden - Online Horse Game

This piece would feature an elven city as the background simular to "Rivendale" from LOTR. If you dont know that city its right along the edge of a beautiful sparkling waterfall (It comes down from behind on the mountain and then has several small branches that wind throughout the city that they have bridges with lanterns going over) I think it would be beautful to tweak that just a bit and also add a great silver willow tree that the mare featured in this piece could stand under. I imagine it being a very eitheral piece, soft almost heavenly lighting. A appy mare would be standing in more of an elegant pose with a flowly mane and tail. She could have beautiful elven jewerlry (silver) draped along her body and in her mane/tail. Depending on the time of day in this piece you could have the jewels and water in this piece sparkle, or if its at night you could add fireflies or lighting within the city as if to show there are people living there.

Idea 2: "Erebor's Gold" or "Heart of the Mountain":

Remember that Dwarven city that attracted the dragon, filled to the brim with piles of gold? That would the scene for this next piece featuring a buckskin appaloosa stallion. The stallion could be standing along one of the pathways surround by gold. Mane and tail could be slightly tussled with gold coins scattered within as if he just got up from rolling in the gold, could also be singed from the dragons breath. Should you want to include the idea of the dragon there you could add wings to the horse himself or even just have tail of the dragon in the distance and that would be cool. What would really make this piece special tho would be the Arkenstone the stallion would be holding in his mouth which would glowing and shinning little bits of light along the stallions face. Due to wanting the stone to be more of a center piece, the lighting here would be more dramatic.

Idea 3: "Shelob's Lair":

Horse: Horse Eden - Online Horse Game

This idea is more dark and dramtic compared to the other two. Set within Mirkwood (basically looks like a dark forest haha) it would feature a black blanket appaloosa stallion, with bits of cobweb and spiders in his mane and tail. Instead of a normal blanket marking his would be in the shape of a spiderweb. Above in the trees you would see large spiderwebs with spiders dangling from the branches. This piece would give off a dark and spooky vibe, and if you wants to add a bit of sparkle to the piece you could make the sipderwebs have a faint sparkle to them like the dew from an early misty morning.
