Entry #1! May make another entry/a manipulation if I have time :p . . This was so fun!! Ive been craving drawing an appy and doing some detailed hairing practice, so I had loads of fun with this one! . Names are undecided, but for the ease of my lore writing, I will refer to them as Speckz (horse), Foxy (fox), and Truffles (rat). . When Speckz was a foal, she found herself fascinated by magic. How did butterflies fly? How come different rocks could be worn and provide the wearer with specific benefits? How did mages make things levitate? Everything was curious to her. She desperately wanted to learn how to utilize magic for herself. When she was a yearling, she was allowed to begin training. She tried her hardest, but no matter how hard she studied, she was simply unable to figure out how to use wands and staffs. Magic, the only thing she desperately wanted, was just out of reach. The local wizard living with her herd was unable to figure out how to help her, so she left at the age of two, seeking out a different mentor. Along the way, she encountered Foxy. She almost crushed him while cantering through the forest. He was quite scared of her at first, after all, she had almost caused his death. But, he quickly warmed up to the quirky, 15hh draft mare. She wasn't too interested in him, instead wanting to continue on her search for magic. He decided to tag along, finding it very amusing that he just so happened to be a mage, and she had no idea. They travelled together for a few months, until they ran into Truffles. The small rat had trained under Foxy prior, and was overjoyed to see him again. Speckz was utterly shocked to discover that her fox companion was skilled at magic this whole time, and deeply annoyed that he didn't tell her. They continued travelling, and Foxy and Truffles worked on teaching her magic together. She finally got the hang of it after a few months, and now they're a little magic trio who are obsessed with glowy rocks, levitating objects, and all things whimsical in the world around them. . Note to Mods: The horse and rat are unreferenced. I used a ref for the drawing of the fox on the left side, and credits are on the image. Everything else is by me :) |

This guy is based off of a wood nymph, so each part of him related to the forest. His name means "from the forest", and his patterns are from moss & vines. His mane and tail are also partly vines/ivy, as well as his feathers (like real plants they change color with the seasons), and his hooves are bark. He is heterochromic both green and brown, and his base coat color blends in with the trees of the forest. Since he is a wood nymph, he is often seen with other, smaller animals, guarding young animals while their parents hunt or forage and protecting the land he reaches. |

Aurora is based on the northern lights. She is pretty shy and likes to gallop in the snow under the nightsky in Norway. She has a best friend, Ánor, that means sun, they're inseparable. |
