It's a bitter, windy day, but never fear - We're still Racing! 
Hold on to your hats, because Ladies and Gents - They Are going, Going, GONE! Check out those stunning horses as they are paraded in the Paddock. The Jockeys are up - and here they come out to the Track. Good thing it's a short race today - I don't envy the Jocks. There's the Starting Bell - and they are off!
Just a mile to cover in this five horse race.
To start with, Geronimo of Ynys Hafod Stables jumps to the front with a large leap out of the Starting Gate. Followed closely by Duplicity from SCF Sporting Chance. Running in the middle of the pack is KPH Equestrian's Stinky Pinky piloted by Stinky Pete. We're at a half mile already and here come KA KickStart and Fossil's Dreams' Ebony Eyes working hard to catch up to the pack. From the morning work outs, we know the Dash and Duchess racing team has a great plan for this horse and it's definitely one to watch. Duplicity has CHARGED to the forefront of the race. They are passing by leaps and bounds. Can the pack keep running at this pace? The furlongs are just passing them by and we are cracking down the rail! KA KickStart is pulling up through the outside! Can they keep it up through this final turn?
WHOA! Look out! The Stinky P's are galloping through the field. Look at those legs positively flying. Oh! But look! Geronimo is absolutely battling for the front. Neck and Neck! Nose and Nose! The jockeys are running for all they are made of! It's Ebony Eyes in the front. Half, One. One and a Half lengths. No! It's Two! Two Lengths - and they are still pulling forward.
Folks! We are a half furlong to go and this horse isn't stopping. GO GO GO! Is that the wire?! What a RACE!
Wait - who came in second? Stinky Pinky and Geronimo came in tied. We'll have to see what the Finish Photo says.
