Thank you all for participating! Congratulations to the winners - 1st: KPH Equestrian. I love the movement and direction of this piece, it can have many interpretations of what kind of story it portrays. For what I see is it feels as though she has returned from a long journey, finishing a chapter in her story. A quiet yet majestic flight back towards the castle, perhaps already starting a new journey a fresh chapter to her ever expanding journey? I love how you can interpret the sun as either setting or rising, an end or a beginning to something new. The cliff can be a plunge into the unknown, or a leap into familiarity. There's a lot you can look into and interpret. - 2nd: Pegasus Lane I can see the vision of this piece, it came close. I love the fact shes a unicorn it gives a magical awe to it especially since it looks like she had stumbled upon the castle. A mystic whimsical experience. It reminded me of barbie swan lake and magic of pegasus. Like a fusion. I cant explain it. - 3rd: Hyperion Ranch I love her face so much, her eyes feel so expressive. Like she had been caught off guard, startled almost, as if she's maybe sneaking into the castle. The composition of the overall piece is really nice. Everything feels very nicely proportioned. - I love how in each piece she kept getting closer and closer to the castle. - Honorable mentions Wolf Dancer I love the quick last minute addition, I feel that on a universal level. I loved the addition of the moon, and the subtle stars. The clouds were absolutely lovely. I loved the blue hue for this piece. However the composition felt a bit unbalanced. - Nightclan I loved your creativity on this piece, it was wonderfully done. Her leaping out of the book with the swirl and the smoke was nicely put. - Total Votes: 20
