Ta Da! We have completed the journey and made it to THE FINALS!! Our artists were given the topic of Favorite Pairs/Couples and they were provided a horse and background stock, but they were required to provide the other half of the pair. They were requested to not reproduce their pair/couple.. but to be inspired by them and to illustrate their inspiration. Let's see how they have done.. and go tell us who you think did it the best!!

Now on to our FINALISTS and the challenges they were given!

Lastly, I would like to thank my Rumble Teammates who completely rocked this and helped make it possible. We have some bumps and bruises.. but we had fun and we learned what we need to do to make this even better in the future... I could not do this without ANY of you!

Absolutely incredible entries by all competitors! There was an amazing show of talent this year, and I'm so proud of all the artists, especially the winners, for making so much beautiful art!

I find it such a cool creative choice that Mouse Trap went with a goat instead of another horse! This is the only non-equid companion in the finals. And for Serendipity, I love the contrast between the grey and the bay in the piece!

Mullet head from tier 3 did such a fantastic job, like I couldn't even try to do it better. The concept, the positions, the colours and details, AHH!

Apple Zapple absolutely killed it with combining fish and horses! That seems like such a beautiful technical that they've introduced me to, and I'll have to see if I can do it justice if I ever do a hippocampus piece! I love how the colours are similar enough to Marlin and Dory, but has it's own spin.

Flight of fear, I love how you went one step further and added a baby! Also that hair? INSANE.

And to our tier 1 competitors, WOW. The contrast in day and night is so beautiful, and I find it crazy how both pieces have horses that are the same/similar colours!

Once again, congratulations everyone for competing in this year's rumble, I can't wait to see the winners crowned! This will be a tough vote for all.

I can see Flight of Fear's but a friend of mine couldn't for some reason? Not sure what's up with that one...
