Jen, I'm so sorry to hear that. There's definitely no shame ever ever in doing what you need to do in order to be the best possible version of yourself. I have severe anxiety because my body just doesn't produce magnesium, so I have to take a LOT of it to level things out. It's the equivalent of a diabetic taking insulin- if your body isn't doing what it needs to do, we live in an era where we can and should help it out

@bird, I dont take them all the time, and my partner doesn't like it when I take them, but every so often, maybe once or twice a month I take one to get a good nights sleep

i am trying to incorporate ratings with great color horses, so I am wishing for a color mare with a color rating of 1/10 or less and a minimum of EEE. Either an actual mare or an embryo would help tremendously.
