I normally don't have breakfast but I did breakfast tacos today. Found a plant based protein tortilla for him that's 16g of carbs but 14g of fiber so only 2g of net carbs which is amazing 😍

My breakfast is normally; meat, eggs, beans and avo on toast OR some sort of muesli, nuts and yogurt. I need a big breakfast or I fall flat during the day
