That's right! Due to the community support, which was an amazing outpouring of connection and encouragement, we will be having an August Show!
And because of everyone's feedback, we have several months of scheduled shows.

Now, if you are in the PPP Club, you already now the Class List (yay, perks) - so please don't tell anyone.
Don't worry - it'll be announced officially soon and then you can submit entries.
This show will have 6 diverse classes!
Start grooming your horses now, and stock pile all the tack, because the PPP August Show will be coming soon!
Oh yeah, and the Prize Money will be ...good...

The Cross Country, Matchy Matchy, Working Equitation and Get Spotted classes will be judged by an anonymous judges panel!

(remember, if you are chosen for this show's judges panel - you cannot enter a horse in these classes)

Cross Country

Where the Bravery, Courage, and Heart of the horse are truly tested as they must overcome challenging natural obstacles

Entry Must Include:

‣ Adult Horse/Pony

Tack Requirements:

‣ A Bridle

‣ A Jump Saddle

Background Requirements:

‣ A Background relating to Cross Country Jumping

The time starts ticking as soon as you clear the start box - the first fence is a simple log jump, but that's easy. It's the Coffin Jump that really has you worried - but an encouraging squeeze and a "You Got This" and the ditch jump is behind you. Now time to focus as you come through the water combination - an easy log jump, to a bank, WHOA - that's a steep drop down, but there's no turning back. Splash and kick on - you've cleared it and now galloping away. That table was wider than you are tall! Is that the finish line in sight? And you made it in Optimal Time! Congratulations!

Matchy Matchy

When Ear Bonnet, Polo Wraps, Saddle Pad, Bell Boots, and Brow Band all color coordinate with each other - it's all about the Matchy Matchy Sets

Entry Must Include:

‣ At least Two (2) Color Matching Items

Working Equitation

Where the maneuverability and obedience of a well-balanced horse is tested through a speed-run obstacle course and dressage test

Entry Must Include:

‣ Adult Foal Horse/Pony

Tack Requirements:

‣ A Baroque Saddle

‣ A Bridle

Excludes Figure Eight and Micklem Bridles

Decor Requirements:

‣ A Longhorn Cattle Decor Item

Background Requirements:

About Working Equitation:
There are four trials to the competition: a dressage phase, an Ease of Handling phase, a Speed phase, and Cattle phase.

The Dressage trial is similar to a regular dressage test.

The Ease of Handling (EOH) trial is a set pattern with obstacles.

The Speed trial is a set pattern of obstacles that must be completed as fast and accurately as possible.

The Cattle Trial has each rider separating a cow from the herd and guiding it to a pen with two or three other support riders.

The EOH and Speed obstacle elements include going through a gate, weaving through poles or barrels, over a bridge, spearing a ring, jump an obstacle, sidepass over a rail, and entering a pen, stop and rein back with an interaction with items.

It's time to party in polka dot fashion! Get your spots on! No matter if you're bred for dots like an appaloosa or naturally spotted with cat tracks, ermine spots, or even developing them over time - this class is for you. Let's celebrate those with all the Spots!

• Get Creative! Many tack and decor items can be used multiple ways!

• It is highly encouraged to be creative and think outside the box - you don't have to use traditional tack always, as long as it can be reasoned, it will be accepted.
