It means the rider has leveled up before the horse did and the training advantage actually comes from the horse training with a rider which is higher than its own level. When the numbers are red it's the other way round: the horse leveled but the rider didn't and therefore it's time to reassign it toa higher rider so it can learn something from training again.

After months of trying, I finally managed to breed a horse with a W rating. Because of this, I want to give my horse sone new art, and a set revolving around him. I would make one myself, but I don't have the time or technology needed at the moment to make it look good. All that to say, it would be well appreciated if someone would make or pay for a set from Roanie, Scarecrow Dreams, or HMH Reality for him, with a stable set + horse avi. Thank you in advance <3
