| Angels Mostly just watching overall calories not carbs specifically. High protien, low calorie. Thats my diet |

| You could add in like half a chicken salad sandwich or a whole one depending on how much you want to eat just so the carbs will make you a little more full. I hate waking up starving in the night or morning |
