I tried to make it fairly simple. My laptop has a heart attack over some palettes, especially the gif ones.
But.. I did decide to finally do a kitty palette!! at this point it's an annual tradition
.
There is a video version, it is smoother but requires a much better laptop than I have. I'm happy to try it for the winner. Do note that it will not appear on mobile.

Includes a varuety of things, custom curser, the moving kitty background, color changing animations, and is mobile friendly.
