Start with a Cassarole dish.

Fill the bottom with cheese (optional) and mashed potatoes, doesn't have to be thick, just enough to keep everything together when you serve it.

Throw in beans, corn, peas, whatever you want pretty much.

Top with batter of bisquik (I think its 2 cups mix, 1.5 cups milk and 1 egg?) or a pancake type batter and bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 F.

I heard of this a Cheeseburger Pie recipe, but you can turn it into whatever you want.
