Yep! Applies to every bird except a few invasive species like the house sparrow and European starling. You're not even allowed to own any feathers or parts from any of the protected birds. Fines for that, too. |

Well, it finally happened. A raccoon found my feeder and ate ALL the seeds in under 10 minutes. . Time to get a raccoon sized baffle I guess, instead of just a squirrel one... |
