| I did like 8 interviews recently and I made an interesting observation. On all the interviews where it was an actual conversation they wanted to hire me. On the interviews where it was dead silent and they just asked questions they wanted other candidates. |

| Janna I like the first/top one, I reckon you can even get away with less bold credit and it still be very valid |

| As long as someone is actually capable and good at the job stuff like that doesn't bother me :D it's the useless ones that do hahaha |
