Unless I'm mistaken, it can depend a little on the breed as well? Such as some pony breeds tending to get quite old

A quick Google search will tell you that the average life span of a horse is 25-30 years, so I would say the game is pretty accurate in that respect.

I'm looking for some advice from someone who experiences migraines as well. I've had them happen for a few hours at most here and there. But this last one I had lasted 12 hours. I was wondering if anyone had any tips that may help the next time I have one. I can't tell if it was triggered by allergies or not as well. Any advice would be appreicated, and if it feels more comfortable, my DMs are open.

I have chronic, persistent migraines. I'm on specialized medication from my neurologist but for a basic migraine triggered by allergies etc take excedrin and keep your salt intake up. Ice caps are also a game changer.

So sorry.
I have a condition called CVID and the treatment that combats this sadly creates migraines. For me i find they can sometimes stay for as long as a week (my longest migraine is 5 days). I find they often start as headaches from dehydration and are often due to physical activity such as the many sports i play. Some things i find help are drinking a full powerade or gatorade as soon as i get a headache. Otherwise neurofen and panadol (which regrettably dont do much). Lately i have started this migraine wafer which is awesome. I dont know the name sorry but there are many brands which are all great. Another thing is just to lie down in a dark room with a icepack or wheatpack (i love wheatbacks so good i find) on my head or neck. Otherwise sleep is the real healer.
Hope this helps

I've found what helps me is a good diet. Complete with enough protein, vegetables and fruits, calcium, all the things you need plus a great multivitamin and enough water. I drink two 32 oz of plain water and one 32 Oz of electrolytes. I use LMNT. It's helped the most. You must drink them all each day to feel the most results. No one ever drinks enough water. But make sure to walk at least 3 miles a day. Actively making sure your heartrate is in the 130s. It's amazing what it can do to help you. Yoga and enough quality sleep in a dark room, no phones, etc before bed. Small workouts with weights help too. Walking on an inclined treadmill is great too. Minimum of hour each time. Smoothies with fruit and yogurt. I have a recipe I use if you want it. Avoid obvious triggers. A good allergy nose spray twice a day has helped me a ton. Regular chiropractor adjustments. I go weekly, but I'm also injured XD I cannot stress enough a proper sleep schedule, exercise, small meals at regular times and enough water. You'd be amazed at the effect.

I don't have any personal experience with migraines, but I know that some people with persistent headaches can get Botox injections to paralyze muscles associated with the issue.
