So I'm writing a book about this all-western riding academy. I'm not that far in yet (only just finished the first chapter) but I would like to ask for academy name ideas. - Before I started writing the book I settled on Willowtree Academy, but that doesn't have much to so with horses or riding or anything. It also is hard to find a nickname for because you can't really just call it "Willowtree". It's a little strange to me. - I prefer nature-themed names with something to do with riding as well. My main example is "Canterwood Academy", from the book series (minus the "crest" in the middle). I like how the first part is two words combined and then the "academy" part. That's my goal for mine. - Anyway, I've been racking the internet and I can't find anything that catches my eye or I particularly like. I thought, "Perhaps my friends on HEE can help!" So here I am making this post. If you have any ideas or know of any cool names, please post a reply on this forum. Thank you! |

A school for just Western, wouldn't be referred to as an Academy. Academy is more for an English school. Sounds better if you put xxxxx Ranch useing any of the already suggested names. Riverbend Ranch, would get my vote however. lol |
