This one is core safe, meaning it uses no core, just arms and legs, started because I can't use my core due to having abdomical surgery and being sliced like a hot dog! I did have ChatGPT generate it for me since I don't really trust myself to make good workout decisions lol

I'm not a huge excerciser, but as I'm getting older I need to be aware of the old saying "If you rest, you rust". So I take my dog for long walks. Either in my hilly neighborhood, or at the park.

I also do a lot of gardening/yard work. Which is more work then it seems. If you own a house, then you know.

I used to do a lot of yoga, but I'm taking a break from that. Sometimes I use my dumbells to work on arm strength.

I wanted something a little more challengeing since I already gained more strength and muscle so I had ChatGPT do me another one xD Target goal is to start training for Pole Vault April 11th or 16th

Warm-Up
Arm Circles: 30 sec each direction
Leg Swings (front/back, side/side): 10 each leg
March in place or light step taps: 1–2 minutes
Resistance Band Pull-Aparts: 15 reps

Arms & Upper Body (Using 3lb Weights)
Bicep Curl to Overhead Press – 3x10–12
Bent Over Reverse Fly – 3x10
Tricep Kickbacks – 3x12
Lateral Raise to Front Raise Combo – 3x8
Resistance Band Rows – 3x15

Legs & Glutes
Band Side Steps / Monster Walks – 3x10 steps each way
Wall Sit w/ 3lb Weights (Optional Curls) – 3x30–45 sec
Standing Kickbacks (Band or Bodyweight) – 3x12 per leg
Step-Ups (Add 3lb Weights) – 3x10 each leg
Calf Raises (Weighted) – 3x20

Bonus:
Standing Cross-Body Crunches – 3x15 per side
Modified Bird Dogs – 3x10 each side
