I'm not a huge excerciser, but as I'm getting older I need to be aware of the old saying "If you rest, you rust". So I take my dog for long walks. Either in my hilly neighborhood, or at the park. I also do a lot of gardening/yard work. Which is more work then it seems. If you own a house, then you know. I used to do a lot of yoga, but I'm taking a break from that. Sometimes I use my dumbells to work on arm strength.

Eve that's awesome! Gardening take a lot of work! I have a garden and man sometimes managing that thing is harder than some workouts! xD
