Thankyou! It's crazy to me that that piece is over a year old. Yikes I feel old. Lol. Anyways, yes, if my memory serves me right it was either 2 or 3 rolling horse stocks merged into the horse you see now. I picked a rolling horse for the front legs/chest, then the hindlegs didn't quite match the angle, so I found a second stock that merged nicely. Then I found a whole new head for the horse if I remember correctly. If it wasn't a new stock image, it was very much reworked and repositioned. 🤣 I think I repainted almost the entire back and neck. Then added wings lol. . That piece in particular was quite the adventure. I learned so much though! My biggest takeaway was challenge yourself to fail. You learn more. Many mistakes and regrets were made during this process lol. <3 |

This piece took 4 & 1/2 hours. 🥲 It had waaay more setbacks and issues with the stock than I'd ever like to admit, so. But, I do think it turned out really nice in the end <3. This is a piece for another art trade. . |
