| my mini hates treats, but he needs a pill and we have to mash it up. do now of any horse treats horses tend to like? |

| My horses are both sugar sensitive, they get a dry scoop of oats mixed with beet pulp pellets morning and night. At night it's warm soaked to avoid dry belly causing colic. If they got more grain they'd get hyper and hurt themselves on the ice. |

| Mm senior and senior complete are two different things. Complete foods are designed to replace forage entirely, like for horses who don't have teeth anymore |

| have you tried soaking it? I feed mine alfalfa too. I soak mine because I have 25-27 year old horses. |

| I have a love-hate relationship with the alfalfa she gets. She absolutely loves eating it, but it's dusty. So have to wear a mask when I break up the flakes and mist it down with water. |

| we have a lunch reservation for a family meetup an hour's drive away at 1pm... mom said she's "be a little late" to arrive at my place so we can all go together. It's currently 12:33 LOL. |
